Very attentive and great services by the beach
R, sek and Aod has been really attentive and provide us there best ever services during our beach stay. We’re very happy with their services and very friendly to us as well.
Good polace with kind staffs.
Excellent place to enjoy the rest, disconnected. All facility including wifi, and kind service attitude of all staffs involved. Massage was also excellent. Reception upon check-in and check-out was also fast and helpful despite busy hours when checked out (Pleng & Nuch, by name badges).
Resort Stay Phuket
Love love love this Marriott property. The resort sits adjacent to the ocean.and affords you the most beautiful sunsets. The property grounds and pristine with splashes of the a tropical flare. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the yummy food. This is by far some of the best food I've had in my visit.

Exceptional hospitality that made my stay truly Special
My stay at Renaissance Phuket was truly wonderful! What stood out most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the entire team. Having stayed at several hotels in Phuket, I can honestly say the service here felt exceptionally personal and welcoming.
A special thanks to K’ Nuch at Reception for her warm welcome and thoughtful assistance throughout my stay.
K’ Yo from the Fitness Team made my gym experience enjoyable with his friendly, professional approach and enthusiasm and they have a very nice gym with fully equipped here! Really love it!
K’ R, K’ Sun and K’ Sek from the Pool Team were always attentive, cheerful and made my time by the pool even more relaxing.
The Quan Spa Team provided a wonderfully relaxing experience (thanks to P’Maew my masseuse) with her gentle care and professionalism making it even more enjoyable.
The Housekeeping Team also deserves recognition for keeping my room beautifully clean, comfortable with nice welcomed msg on the mirror and cute rabbit :)
And of course, K’ Big and K’ Pla at Takieng Thai Restaurant made my dining experience extra special with their lovely hospitality and attentive service.
What makes Renaissance Phuket stand out isn’t just the beautiful property, but the people who genuinely make guests feel cared for.

An amazing vacation!
It was my first time in Thailand and it was just perfect! The staff is sooo sweet, caring and welcoming, especially R, Sek and Sun. They provided the best service by the pool and the beach, always polite and sincere.
Also, we visited all the hotel restaurants, Yunami and Takieng were our favorites. Sushi and wague at Yunami as great as in Japan (their chef is Japanese), and the Thai dishes at Takieng were delicious as well. A special thank you to Big, Amy, and MaMa! These waiters were incredibly pleasant and lovely to talk to. They went above and beyond, and even gifted us a wonderful aroma oil!
