The perfect holiday thanks to an amazing team!
Returning to Renaissance resort and spa for the third time truly felt like coming home. every visit has been so special and reminds us why we keep coming back. from the moment we arrived we are greeted with a genuine warmth, kindness, and smiles from Pond, Kate,Freeha, gas and all the staff at reception
The resort is absolutely stunning with beautiful surroundings and such a peaceful atmosphere that makes it so easy to switch off from the outside world.
Thank you so much to Palm for our beautiful little notes in our room and making beautiful sculptures with our towel.

An Unforgettable Stay at Renaissance Phuket
Our stay at the Renaissance Phuket was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. I want to give a special thank you to Tanny, the front office manager, and Bam, the front desk agent, for making us feel so welcome. Our room was kept immaculate every day thanks to Dang, our wonderful housekeeper, and Freeha, the guest relations manager, ensured our entire experience was flawless. The highlight of our trip was dining at Takieng restaurant, which served the most amazing Thai food. Big, Bee, Jelly, Pang, and Chef Ja went completely out of their way to accommodate my crustacean allergy, making me feel safe and truly cared for. We cannot wait to return!

Breakfast is great and variety
A perfect place for a getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. A special thank you to the Kids Club team—Neena, Ning, Job, and Sea. They were fantastic, and our 10-year-old daughter absolutely loved taking part in the activities with them. Job is also an excellent and very kind gym coach. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of food, and the chef clearly puts a lot of care into every detail. We also appreciated the complimentary cocktails by the pool each day and the genuine friendliness of the entire staff. The resort spa is one of its highlights, although it is quite overpriced compared with other massage services in Thailand. Fortunately, you can find excellent beach massages just a few meters outside the resort, offering outstanding value for money. Overall, this resort has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, especially if you want to escape the crowds and don't mind paying extra for the premium resort experience.
