Amazing service and beautiful hotel
My stay at Meliá Maikhao Phuket created unforgettable memories. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Neoy at the reception. She has such a lovely and friendly personality.
George, the Front Office Manager, was also very kind and took excellent care of me. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Pool Villa, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His service was truly exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate it.
The hotel is very tidy and clean, with a beautiful atmosphere. I absolutely loved the Pool Villa, which featured a beautiful room and a lovely private pool. I also enjoyed the main pool, which is located close to the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sunset while swimming. The hotel is surrounded by a peaceful environment and a beautiful beach, making it a lovely place to relax and recharge.
The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were lovely and very kind. I truly love Meliá Maikhao Phuket. Thank you for giving me such an amazing and memorable experience. I will definitely come back and stay here again.
A Wonderful Stay at Meliá Phuket
I spent several days at the Meliá Phuket and came away thoroughly impressed. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed. We were even delighted by a surprise birthday cake, a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special.
The in-room pool was the perfect amenity for cooling off and unwinding after exploring the area. Regarding dining, the restaurant offers a wonderful blend of Thai and Spanish cuisine that kept every meal interesting. The room service was exceptional, prompt, attentive, and exactly what we ordered.
From the moment we arrived and received a refreshing welcome from Nim, through our spa treatments, every aspect of our experience was excellent. The staff’s hospitality made us feel truly valued.
There’s one small area for improvement: the gym would benefit from additional leg-focused equipment. Adding a leg press and leg extension machines would round out an otherwise solid fitness facility.
Wonderful stay with amazing service from Fon
We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao and really enjoyed our stay. The resort environment is relaxing and comfortable, and all the staff are nice and welcoming.
We would like to give a special shout‑out to Fon. She was extremely warm and helpful. Whenever we had questions or needed help, she always solved our problems patiently for us. Her great service made our trip much more pleasant.
Highly recommend this resort, we would love to come back again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The check-in was quick and hassle-free. Special thanks to Fon from the front desk. She was welcoming, patient and very friendly. To our pleasant surprise, she generously upgraded our room to a pool access room free of charge. This unexpected treat made our holiday so much more special.
The pool access room is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, well-equipped and we can easily get to the swimming pool directly from our room. It was ideal for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. The room was kept tidy every day, and all facilities worked perfectly.
Every staff member we met was polite and helpful. We really appreciate Fon’s excellent service and kind gesture. It created unforgettable memories for us. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

The hotel is very new, and the rooms are outstanding. The interior design is beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the room is fully equipped with everything needed very large and comfortable.
The staff provided excellent care and service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The security guards, reception staff, lovely breakfast team, room service, and Guest Experience team were all very attentive and professional.
The swimming pool is beautiful and close the beach.
The restaurant and breakfast is excellent as well, with great service and delicious food
