Dear Marriott Management Team,

I am writing to recognise the exceptional service provided by one of your team members, Mr Baran, during our recent stay at your Phuket property.

On arrival, we checked in at the front counter in the south wing and began making our way towards our allocated room. As we approached the front desk, Mr Baran greeted us and asked how he could help. When we mentioned our room location, he immediately recognised that it would not be suitable for my mother, who uses a wheelchair, as the area was closed off due to maintenance and would have required us to use the main road to access the room.

Without hesitation, Mr Baran offered to check availability in the north wing, where there was easier access for my mother. He then personally showed us to the new room and kindly helped push my mother's wheelchair the whole way.

The service Mr Baran provided was truly impressive — professional, polite, and genuinely caring. His attentiveness and initiative turned what could have been a difficult arrival into a smooth and welcoming experience.

Mr Baran clearly has exceptional potential. I would encourage the Marriott management team to invest in his training and professional development, as he strikes me as exactly the kind of person who could progress into a senior management role within Marriott in the years ahead. Staff of his calibre are rare, and nurturing that potential would be an asset to the organisation.

I would like to sincerely thank the Marriott management team for having a staff member like Mr Baran, and I hope his effort can be recognised. We very much look forward to seeing him again on our next visit to Phuket.

My stay was great and everything was excellent. There were lots of facilities, including a gym, a spa, 2 pools, 2 pool tables, a game zone, a kids club, and lots of restaurants with variety. I spent most of my time playing table tennis in the game zone area. The staff was really friendly and joined me and my friends I made. There is this staff member in particular called Amin who is really good at table tennis and was really friendly to me and my friends. The room service was exceptional, everything was organised well, and your room gets cleaned multiple times a day. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Phuket, especially if you have children.
