Kids club
The kids club staff is 300% amazing! Especially Ponny, Connie and Mile! Staff members like Ponny, Honey, and Mile were outstanding—always smiling and genuinely caring for the children. That experience was truly wonderful and represented the true spirit of Marriott hospitality.
Exceptional service
We had a wonderful two-week stay at the resort and truly enjoyed our time here. From check-in to housekeeping, the service was consistently warm, friendly and attentive. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to New at the Tour Desk, who was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the different tours available, answered all our questions and helped us organise several tours during our stay. Her patience and knowledge made everything so easy. On the days New wasn’t available, BB was also there to support us. We also had a fantastic experience at the spa, which we visited twice — first as a couple and later as a family with our son. Both experiences were relaxing and enjoyable, and it was lovely to be able to share the experience as a family. Everyone made our stay special, but I’d especially like to mention April at Reception and Concierge, always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dylan, one of the managers, also deserves a special mention for his warm and attentive service. Jasmine and Nadia from housekeeping. At breakfast, Ladda and Dada were wonderful and always made us feel welcome. And a special thank you to Rita at M BeachHouse for her great service, she makes everyone feel seen. After two weeks, it genuinely felt like we were leaving people we had come to know rather than simply checking out of a resort. The staff are a huge part of what made our stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire team for looking after us so well. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Every thing is perfect and beautiful
A fantastic getaway
We had a wonderful time at the JW Marriott hotel in Phuket. The hotel and facilities, especially the pools, are amazing. The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful. The staff at the breakfast buffet were fantastic. We would definitely go back. We booked an excursion to Phi Phi island with Bibi and she was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond her duty to help us.

It was nice hotel front of the beach also close to the airport but the room didn’t had any privacy
