Best hotel in Phuket
Our time at this hotel has been amazing!! From the cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities, everything was truly memorable. Movie nights were our absolute favourite activity to look forward to. Huge shout out to Korn for the popcorn and being so kind and friendly our entire stay. He was a wonderful recreation staff. We will definitely return! Thanks so much to all the staff!

Everyone was really friendly and nice! The staff members (especially Korn ) and the house keeping were really helpful, kind, and funny, which made the stay extremely memorable and worthwhile. The location and the rooms were so amazing and clean! 100% recommend the whole experience. It was totally worth it and super relaxing. Thank you to everyone who made this vacation a good one!

We have been going to the JW Marriott phuket for many years and it is so nice to see the same familiar faces, members of staff each year. This year I would like to thank the team from the pool, Chit, Zen, Kai and Marn for looking after us so well.
