Leena was great at the kids club
Leena of the kids club was great, which made our daughter love to go to the kids club almost daily. Overall great hotel. Only not many restaurants nearby, but there is a shuttle to Central Phuket which takes about 30 min
Very nice view, extremly helpful staff and facilities to suite everyone
It is one of my best stays in Phuket. The hotel offers a variety of activities and things to do, an amazing sea view, and the whole team is very friendly and helpful you feel you are at home among friends.

A relaxing experience at Pullman Hotel.
The atmosphere at Edge Restaurant was wonderful, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and took great care of us. Special thanks to Khun Kik for the exceptional service and for making our experience even more enjoyable.
Amazing stay July 2026
We just ended eight amazing nights at Phuket Pullman Panwa beach . Our fifth stay at the hotel and will definitely be back . Huge thanks to Nat from the welcoming services. Nat made our stay so comfortable and always had a huge smile on his face . Big shout out too to Air at the Tamarind Restaurant, Aun ,Kate ,Vin and Par at breakfast who helped us with everything we needed ! Pool and beach are stunning . Even had Thai boxing at beach front area . Great gym too . Thanks to Liw at the pool ,always happy to help with anything we needed We will definitely be back ! Miss you already
