Fabulous resort, can not fault the amenities or the staff, they always went above and beyond with any request. Our cleaner Aof, was exceptional. Our room was always spotless when we returned she even folded our clothes. We will definately return.

Very good
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Micky and Fahsai for their outstanding service — they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. ❤️
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained, with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere. Everyone we came across was polite, professional and always had a smile on their face.
What really made our stay special was the level of hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! 🌴❤️
Relaxing stay
Beautiful resort with extremely friendly and genuine staff. Some of our favourites from breakfast were Noona and Raymoo, from Edge were Muhammad, Forsai and Kik and from front desk Jeremy, Anton and Nat. House keeping were great too. A beautiful resort experience.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family
Super friendly staff in front desk (Julian, Qis and Micky), amazing all yoga teachers in the last 7 days (3-9 September), food and drinks options and staff in Aqua and The edge are incredible. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had a lovely time,
Beautiful Trip
K.Noona, K.Pui, K.Thip and K.Par is very good service. I staying in hotel 2 nights for holidays with family I was very impressed from the moment I entered the check-in front until I arrived at the parking attendant staff. Thank you to all the professionalsteam who took care of and paid attention to everything. Next time, Pull man will be the first choice of our family.
