✨ My Happy Place – 4th Stay in 2 Years at Pullman Phuket Panwa ✨
This was my fourth holiday at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort in just two years, and every single return feels like coming home. At this point, this place has officially become my happy place — familiar, comforting, and consistently exceptional.
What truly sets this resort apart is the people. Being welcomed back, remembered, and genuinely cared for as a returning guest is something very special — and something Pullman Panwa does flawlessly.

- Nat and Thomas, who once again made me feel truly valued and remembered — a rare and beautiful thing in hospitality.

Incredibly service and hospitality, especially from Kelvin and Micky who ensured we had an amazing experience at the resort. Very beautiful view and great food onsite!
So many inclusions, great opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
Fantastic resort, our host Micky was amazing and always eager to please, made us feel very welcome, special and cared for. The food is fantastic, beachfront pool villa fantastic. The all inclusive meals and 1 hour daily inclusive drinks were fantastic. A nice quiet place to relax, a convenience store, transport and laundry service directly across the road, easy access to old Phuket town, alternative great restaurants close by for change of scene, excellent tailor for very affordable custom suits, dresses, shirts etc. adjacent, pool areas are amazing, beach is very nice and cove nearby amazing. Fantastic resort, fantastic people, would highly recommended, I have already recommended to some close friends.
A Wonderful Stay Made Extra Special by a Truly Caring Team
We had a great stay at Pullman Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and an amazing sea view. Staff (including the staff member who helped us cross the road) were all friendly and helpful. Of note are Pui who was an excellent host and who also helped us to locate a lost tote bag which holds sentimental value for us, Yayee at the Panwa Street Food stall who served up delicious noodles every morning, and Natty at the check-in desk who was an efficient and warm, welcoming face when we first arrived at the hotel.
