A tropical heaven
From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the welcoming of the staff to the beautiful room and surrounding gardens, we felt like we landed into a tropical heaven. The rooms were spacious and so thoughtfully designed with a unique charm. The indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The restaurant was another highlight.....so good that we ate there every night. We had planned to venture out, but we made our way through the menu ....and it didn't disappoint. Nor did the sunsets ! Yoga on the lawn was a wonderful way to start the day, followed by a beautiful breakfast overlooking the water. Would highly recommend the long boat trip out to Hong Island, although one of the other islands was our favourite as it was less crowded. A true paradise! (Hint, leave early before the boatloads arrive.) What made the visit unforgettable was the staff. Every team member was warm, welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. And it was?

An excellent resort. A paradisiacal location, very good facilities, and incredibly friendly staff. If you're looking for tranquility, this is the best place; if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, it's not ideal. 100% recommended. In short, a paradise on earth.

A Perfect Krabi Getaway
We had an amazing stay at Tubkaak Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Mild, who kindly upgraded our room at check in- it was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.
Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We also loved the hotel’s excursions, especially the Naga Mountain hike with its breathtaking views and the private long-tail boat trip with a picnic on board, which was an unforgettable experience and well worth the money.
Thank you to Mild and the entire team for making our trip to Krabi so memorable. We hope to return one day!
Not the same as it used to be.
It changes a lot during the past decade. Not only that the property runs down, but also the services, details and vibes.

It used to be quiet, relax and true boutique. This time there was live music until late at night - 10pm or until asked to stop.

Staffs are hit and miss. One staff in the restaurant refused to join a table for our family in a shade, instead she led us to a 4 seats table but in the sun. Although the restaurant is empty (5 July, at 11.30am).

None of the room furnitures are comfortable.

Turn down service doesn’t come unless being chased.

Food prices are ridiculous. Same level as Maldives. Although maldives have real logistic costs, this hotel does not.

Airport transfer price is unreasonable. Even though it’s a private van, we were still charged per head.

If you add Line and talk to the front, the service feels robotic - rules, prices, payment. Guest experience and satisfaction should be also considered for this price range.

The shampoo, shower gel etc are in the small little ceramic bottles - slippery, not functional, unhygienic, requires both hands.
In general, quite disappointing. I don’t think we will revisit.
