Beautiful experience and wonderful staff
A wonderful experience with the amazing Habib! So much thought and concern poured in to the stay and such kind and worm treatment from dear Habib. Will definitely revisit. The pool, beautiful views and wonderful care are a graat experience and I truly recommend!
Amazing service at beautiful property
Stayed 4 nights at Phulay Bay, Incredible experience. The place is so serene and beautiful. The entire property is so well maintained. Our villa was amazing, perched above the bay with great views and a private pool. But what makes the experience especially wonderful is the the staff. From the moment you arrive (when we arrived by boat from Phuket, a whole team came out to greet us and help us with the landing), everyone from the reception manger to the waiters, to the bartenders, housekeeping and grounds staff are so nice, helpful and gracious, Most memorable though was our Butler Habib. He was so nice and attentive, always seemed to know where you were going and showed up to make sure you had everything you needed. And talk about above and beyond, when he found out we were heading to a hotel in Bangkok where he knew one of the mangers, he reached out to her to make a personal introduction. He by far is the best Butler we've ever had at any hotel or on any cruise ship. He definitely made it a great experience. And Seen, the Rooms Director, was also so nice and took care of us. Food was excellent. A great property overall. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Phulay Bay is one of a kind
Wow, what an incredible experience. Phulay Bay is truly top class. If you want to have a great time in Thailand, put this at the top of your list. The atmosphere, rooms, facilities and food were incredible. However, what sets PB apart is the service: Habib, Tanya and the entire team - thank you for creating an unforgettable few days for us. We can’t wait to come back.
Heaven on earth
Our best ever hotel experience! This hotel redefines pleasure, service and holiday. Our room was HUGE, secluded in the forest with sea view, huge, and I mean HUGE bed, beautifully decorated. Really, the design is artistic and you feel like living in a work of art. We had a staff member acting as our own buttler, and he was really always ready to attend to us - friendly, tentative, helpful, an interesting and sensitive guy -thank you dear Pond!! Breakfast was very good and plentiful, the infinity pool very inviting and all in all we had such a great time that we didn't want to leave. This was a unique experience for us!

Luxury at it's finest, and service that you will never forget1
This was my second stay at Phulay Bay, and once again the property delivered an exceptional experience. I travel extensively, have stayed at many beautiful luxury properties around the world, and I also work in the hospitality industry, so I have a deep appreciation for what exceptional service truly looks like.
Jazzy was one of the absolute highlights of our stay. She has a genuine passion to serve that is immediately apparent. She consistently went above and beyond, often anticipating our needs before we even realized them ourselves. She remembered the small details, checked in thoughtfully, handled requests proactively, and made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply looked after.
What stood out most was how natural and sincere her hospitality felt. Nothing felt transactional or rehearsed. Jazzy has a rare ability to make people feel seen, supported, and important, and that level of service cannot simply be taught. Even during a very stressful travel situation on our final day, she was incredibly supportive and made a difficult moment significantly easier.
I truly believe Jazzy will be successful in whatever she chooses to do. Her warmth, intuition, work ethic, and passion for service are exceptional. She represents Phulay Bay beautifully and is exactly the kind of person a luxury property should recognize, invest in, and develop.
I also want to recognize Ritka, who is truly gifted at what she does. Our wellness experience with her was one of the most meaningful and memorable parts of the stay. She created a space that felt deeply personal, grounding, and restorative. Her guidance through breathwork, mindfulness, and reflection went far beyond a typical resort wellness experience. I left feeling lighter, more centered, and with tools and insights I genuinely want to carry into my life at home.
Having experienced wellness offerings at many luxury properties, Ritka’s work stood apart because of the depth, intuition, presence, and genuine care she brought to the experience.
Jazzy and Ritka are both examples of what makes Phulay Bay so special. The property itself is extraordinary, but ultimately it is people like them—people with a true passion to serve, who go above and beyond and anticipate a guest’s needs before they are even expressed—who transform a beautiful hotel stay into something truly unforgettable.
This was my second stay at Phulay Bay, and it certainly will not be my last. I will be back! Thank you again for another exceptional and unforgettable experience.
