Krabi experience
The property is beautiful and has a nice beach and pool , limited restaurants with a great Fnb service and staff just more halal and diet food is needed. Having beautiful Rooms, housekeeping needs a lot of improvement for deep cleaning and servicing. Reception staff needs improvement no welcome experience or farewell experience If you looking for island activities plan ahead as they always say they fully booked and over priced

An hotel on a level of it's own!
We've stayed for 4 nights at the 2 bedroom ocean pool suite and it was p-e-r-f-e-ct. The view, the service and the cleanliness was something else - we truly felt like kings. Everything in this hotel makes you feel like it was carefully planned to make your vacation perfectly comfortable. No visit to Krabi is complete without paying this place a visit!

The best hotel in Thailand
We had an absolutely perfect family vacation at Banyan Tree Krabi.
Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Thailand, and we’ve visited Thailand many times and stayed at many luxury resorts over the years.
Everything about this resort is exceptional. The service is simply outstanding. The staff always says “yes” to every request with genuine warmth and a smile, making you feel truly cared for from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
One of the things that impressed us the most was the incredible attention to detail. Every morning, the team would prepare fresh sushi especially for our children because they knew exactly what they loved. It’s these thoughtful touches that make Banyan Tree Krabi so special.
The food throughout the resort was outstanding—every meal was delicious, with a fantastic variety and consistently high quality.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. Every detail reflected the high standards of the Banyan Tree brand.
The beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water, soft sand, and breathtaking views. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve experienced in Thailand.
Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Banyan Tree Krabi made everything effortless. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of every team member created memories our family will never forget.
Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Krabi team for giving us such an unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to come back and will recommend this resort to anyone looking for the perfect luxury family vacation in Thailand.

Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree. The place was immaculate in a stunning natural setting, and convenient for day trips to some really beautiful islands (Hong Island, which was only a 20-min boat ride, was incredible). And other than the day trip to the islands there really was no need to leave the grounds, with the pool, outside bar, Andaman Sea (kayaks and paddle boards were available), and full-service restaurants on site. But what really made the visit was the exceptional staff, always friendly and helpful, going out of the way to make sure the trip was special. We arrived late and the kitchen was about to close, but staff made sure that we were accommodated, very professionally and courteously. The service was very personal and very personable, with smiles and kinds words at all times. Truly a unique and extraordinary place, and I would highly recommend staying at Banyan Tree Krabi.
