From the vibrant, postcard-perfect beauty of its coastline to the quiet luxury woven into every moment, the resort is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. But what truly sets it apart is its astonishing attention to detail. Nothing here happens by accident; every item placed on your morning tray, every perfectly timed refresh of your sunbed, and every curated incense floating through the sea breeze feels intentionally designed to restore your spirit.

Yet, as stunning as the grounds are, it is the soul of the resort and its wonderful staff that keeps bringing me back. The staff here don't just provide exceptional service; they embrace you like family. Their warm, genuine smiles, greetings by name, effortless charm, and heartfelt kindness turn a luxury vacation into a deeply moving human experience.

A monumental shout-out must go to the incredible and charming Spa Family: you are absolute miracle workers. Walking into the spa feels like entering a sanctuary within a sanctuary. The sheer grace, skill, and serene energy of the team therapist's turn every treatment into a holistic, grounding ritual.

There is an almost spiritual ambience that rests over this entire property. As the sun sets over the water, a profound stillness settles in, and any remaining stress, worry, or weight from the outside world simply floats away into the horizon.

If you are seeking a refuge to replenish your soul, reboot and recalibrate your mind, and experience hospitality and warmth at its absolute highest form, this is it.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was absolutely wonderful, and the service truly exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to our butler, Phoom, who was incredibly kind, attentive and detail-oriented throughout our stay. He made our entire trip so comfortable and was always there whenever we needed anything. I was also bitten by some bugs during our stay, which is understandable given that the resort is right by the beach, and Phoom took such good care of me by providing ointment, cream and flowers!! He even arranged a nice bathtub for us with soaps and roses petals😂. His thoughtfulness really meant a lot to us.

Everyone at the resort was exceptionally friendly, warm and professional. One thing that really impressed us was how even the managers and other staffs (I cannot remember all of their names😅) would greet us and already knew who we were. It really showed how well the team communicates with each other and how attentive they are to their guests.

We also arranged the Destination Dining for our special occasion, and the entire experience was beautifully handled. A big thank you to Belle and the team for helping us arrange everything. The setup at the romantic location was lovely, and Neung and his superior Oliang (I hope I got the name right!) was incredibly kind and helpful. Neung also helped us take some really beautiful photos, which we will treasure.

The flower bouquet that I pre-booked was also absolutely on point and looked exactly right for the occasion.

Food-wise, everything is superb! One thing that truly amazed me was the Pad Thai at Naga Restaurant which is a must-try! I’ve had many pad thais before in Bangkok but this is by far the bed pad Thai I’ve ever tasted. We also had a wonderful experience at the Saffron, where the is on point and the waitress was very professional, friendly and attentive to both me and my fiancée.

Overall, this was more than just a hotel stay. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality and professionalism of the entire team made our holiday and occasion incredibly special.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Stunning view of the islands as you walk into the hotel foyer. Wouldn’t be out of place in a James Bond movie. Everything is thought out and personal. The food is delicious, the beaches are exceptional.
