On the East Coast of the Yucatan Peninsula on Cancun Islands 12 mile stretch of powdery white sands Wyndham Grand Cancún is located directly on the beach about halfway down on the Caribbean side of the Cancun Island. Wyndham Grandi is close to all activities yet removed from the hustle and bustle of Punta Cancun. Just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport we are within walking distance to water sports and the islands newest golf course.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Hotel experience
This is my first time at the hotel and I loved it!! The service is incredible, the food, the people at the front desk are so welcoming especially Judith and Luis they are excellent! With no doubt I would come here again.
Amazing
Everything was perfect. Lots of activities from the Entertainment Team, lots of great staff members, such as Manases, Enrique and Tomas; they were great our whole stay. There was plenty of room, good amount of pools. All the restaurants were perfect. And the Lobby bar hands down makes the best drinks.
Consistently Great!
We have stayed at this resort many times, this is our fifth. We keep coming back because it is truly paradise and for the people who work here. Everyone is so warm and genuinely friendly. It’s easy to see that they care for the guests and they work hard. Everyone deserved kudos, but special thanks to Adriana (who checked us in and welcomed us back!), Carlos and Armando from the restaurants (excellent service and super friendly) and William who drove us from the airport. We look forward to planning our stay for next year!

Exceptional Service from Ramon! ⭐️
We had an amazing experience at the Wyndham, and while the resort itself is beautiful, what truly made our stay extra special was Ramon, one of the servers at the restaurant. ❤️
Ramon is such a kind, genuine, and compassionate person. From the moment we met him, he treated us with so much warmth and kindness. He always greeted us with a big smile, was incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meals.
What stood out the most wasn’t just his excellent service it was his heart. You can tell that Ramon genuinely cares about people, and that kind of kindness is something you don’t forget.
Ramon made our experience at the Wyndham so much more special, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like him on their team.
