BAD Experience and got cheated on the bill
Horrible experience. They charged us same amount 3 times when you checkout and when I asked for refund they tell you they can’t help. Be very careful with this property, rooms have leaked air conditioner, food is bad and overall resort is not at all good.

Birthday vacation with seniors
The service is impeccable and everyone is so friendly and willing to assist seniors in wheelchair. Loved the ramps availability and handicap handle bars in the bathrooms and in our room. Our entire experience from start to end was excellent and will definitely visit this hotel again.
Sunscape hotel
Went to the sunscape hotel in Cancun, to teach some classes over there. Thanks to the fitness exchange. I can honestly say, it was the best week ever’ The welcome we received was amazing’ the rooms were beautiful and clean!! All the restaurants were fantastic!! All of the Entertainment team!! Are awesome! Super friendly! And made me feel part of the team! I was actually sad to leave! A beautiful experience! And I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel again.
