Ok but not great
It was okay. Food was ok. Pillows were like rocks. The pools weren't very clean. The bars didn't seem very clean. Had housekeeping come once during our trip. They didn't wipe down counters or mirrors.

Amazing
The Italian restaurant was great food. My waiter Pascual was amazing. Definitely recommend.
Functional but not too much to do on the resort
2 families went together for just over a week. That is a bit too long for this resort. The food was passable but avoid anything "Indian". It is clear they have never had good Indian. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Loved the cafe for morning coffee and pastries. I can't say enough good things about Mizael and Fatima the baristas. If I could give the cafe 5 stars I would. The property is dated but I would still encourage people to stay here if the discount was substantial compared to other resorts. They are remodeling so it may be rebounding from previous lack of investment.
