Excellent experience great hotel, excellent customer service. Loved the activities Tote bag painting, bracelet making, pottery painting, bracelet making, bingo/blackjack. Special thanks to Esperanza, Cinthia, and Yodhir. Super recommend, great food, and drinks did the Margherita class woth Esteban, very knowledgeable super fun and comfy stay... will visit again...
This was our second time at this Waldorf Astoria and we opted for the all-inclusive package. Really excellent food quality, welcoming and attentive staff. This was to celebrate our anniversary and Luis at the pool bar went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
They have a somewhat limited beach area but the pools are simply fantastic. The spa is excellent and the gym has everything you need. Their move to be adults only will be an added bonus starting next year.
We will certainly be back again!
Had an amazing stay, the property was wonderful and the staff was excellent, so warm and attentive - huge thanks to Esperanza and Cinthia for the arts and crafts sessions, Laura L for the personal touches in our room, Astoreth for the yoga session, and Karla at Chaya for making us feel so welcome. Thank you for everything!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s extremely well appointed, the service is immaculate, and the amenities are top notch. Exceptional spa.
The only drawback is that there isn’t much of a beach here, but the pool area is truly next level and makes up for it and then some.
The tote bag painting was fun. Thank you Esperanza and Cinthia for your help!
