Amazing service
I had an absolutely amazing stay and received some of the best service I have ever experienced. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my visit memorable.
A special thank you to Cecilia Mazon, who was an incredible housekeeper. She took so much pride in caring for my room, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. My room was always spotless, and her dedication truly enhanced my experience.
Yaz in Concierge was exceptional. She went above and beyond throughout my stay and made my birthday incredibly special. Her kindness, attention, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a lasting impression and turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one.
I would also like to recognize Francisco and David at La Veranda. They made every breakfast feel welcoming and enjoyable with their friendly service and positive attitudes.
Manuel at the towel area was wonderful and consistently provided outstanding service with a smile.
Lastly, Marcelo in the Preview Center was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. The level of hospitality and care I received was truly exceptional, and I cannot wait to return.

Our server Fernando at La Veranda week 6/27/26-7/4/26 was phenomenal! He made our week 100 times better. Medallia your team is awesome and Fernando is the best!

I used to love the Royal Sands growing up, but with the takeover of the holiday inn it's become unrecognizable. Management treats staff poorly, prices are too high for the quality of amenities you're provided, and all-inclusive has become a tiered scam.

What an amazing resort, our whole experience was fantastic so many options to eat and do every day perfect for family trips would definitely recommend to anyone!
Beds
Great resort, but the beds were a little rough. Loved the bench, pool, tours, spas, food, service, etc., but again, the beds leave something to be desired.
