Guests arriving from Cancun International Airport can arrange a shuttle service for the 20 minute journey. Once they arrive at the venue they will be immediately enchanted by the elegant, relaxing and family atmosphere. When the evening comes guests can either see one of the shows at the outdoor open-air theatre or make their pick between the 3 bars, each serving both domestic and imported beverages and offering a stylish and friendly atmosphere.

Staff at the resort is amazing and accommodating. The food is okay, the drinks are great. The access to both resorts is amazing and the beach view is amazing.
Victor and Miguel are awesome
Victor is a great cook and entertainer. Miguel took good care of us. We had a great time with our dinner experience.

In Cancun to scuba and whale shark dive
The people are amazing; everyone from the front desk, hostesses, waiters, housekeeping, guest services, the salon, to the bar tenders. Just excellent service. Our favorites are Joshua, Rodrigo, Jesus and Roger, just to name a few. We love fresh, Whole Foods so the variety on the salad bar, meat and seafood selections are outstanding. The pizza at the snack bar is crazy delicious. One of our favorite things to do in the morning is take the boat ride to the other resort and back. The captain is such a nice guy. The salon is quiet and relaxing. I got a facial that was as good as it gets. I would definitely return to this resort.
