This full-service resort provides everything needed for a stress-free vacation. Located on the lagoon side of the Boulevard Kukulkan, it is at a 5-minute drive from the heart of the hotel zone where the best shopping centres, nightclubs and the convention centre are to be found. Guests arriving from Cancun International Airport can arrange a shuttle service for the 20 minute journey. Once they arrive at the venue they will be immediately enchanted by the elegant, relaxing and family atmosphere. All of the guest's rooms are equipped with the best in modern comforts and they guarantee pleasant and cosy stay. When the evening comes guests can either see one of the shows at the outdoor open-air theatre or make their pick between the 3 bars, each serving both domestic and imported beverages and offering a stylish and friendly atmosphere.

Ximena is the incharge when the kids went to the kidszone. She's very accomodating and good with kids. The kids like her very much.
A great family vacation
This is a quieter resort with great character and staff. It was great to enjoy some drinks at the pool bar with thanks to Giovanni for always welcoming us with a smile. The entertainment team provided some games and activities through the day. I would personally have liked some more water sports options. My daughter loved spending time with Ximena at the kids club who was very caring and sweet. The rooms are a little older but comfortable and the jacuzzi bath on the balcony is a really nice touch. Contrary to some reviews, there is a gym at the resort which was quiet and reasonably well equipped. The restaurant staff made us feel special, remembering our drinks orders from the day prior and really very attentive, always smiling and going out of their way to make us comfortable. A big thanks to Gonzalo and Hector especially, but all the staff were great. A place we would love to visit again.

Amazing
The entire staff here are truly top notch! Make you feel right at home in their one love ... their one big famila! I never call out names or isolate but because here they made such a good impression I have to start... Mi Amiga #1 Lluvia, Hector, Jose, Takayo Miguel, Jose, Luis, Lizbeth, Ana, Mary, Manager Joshua, and last but not least bellman Rodrigeo. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel right at home. The food is excellent! The drinks are great! The room was overly clean! The grounds are WoW, very clean and maticulously maintained. Pool is great and like 5 feet deep for a quick cool off! Theres are one or a few corcodilles I seen every evening!
The resort is awesome! Well deserved of 4 star rating, they are working and deserve and will be better and the other reviews are growing to get to 4.5 stars!
The whole team with all interactions truly cares you have the best experierience here.... You will love it will not be disapointed. A group I talked to said they come here 4-6 times a year because of the people.... Yeah good reason!!!

Ximena was so nice to my daughter she entertained well my daughter and she played with her too.
