WARNING TO OTHER GUESTS: I strongly recommend avoiding the Infinity representatives and booking your tours ONLY through the hotel’s official tour desk or reputable official websites. Our stay at the hotel itself was good, but our experience with Infinity was by far the most disappointing and frustrating part of our trip. From the moment we arrived, their representatives approached us in an extremely friendly manner, asked for our personal information, and invited us to breakfast. We declined because we already understood what the breakfast invitation was about. Despite saying no, they continued approaching us and later told us they could sell us tours. Unfortunately, we eventually purchased an ATV tour from them. That was a mistake. The tour was not what we had requested or what we understood we were purchasing. We complained and requested a refund, but despite our efforts, we never received our money back. Even more concerning was the payment experience. The Infinity representatives insisted that we pay in cash and told us we would be charged an additional fee if we wanted to pay by credit card. This was completely different from our experience with the hotel’s official tour desk. We later purchased tours there and everything was straightforward and professional. We were able to pay by card without any problems or unexpected additional charges. My advice to future guests is very simple: DO NOT confuse these representatives with the hotel’s official tour desk. Ask specifically where the OFFICIAL tour desk is and make your purchases there, or book directly through reputable official websites. Based on our experience, dealing with Infinity resulted in wasted time, frustration, and money that we were unable to recover. I would absolutely not purchase another tour from them. I would also urge guests to exercise particular caution when dealing with representatives named Daniel and Jackeline, as they were the individuals involved in our experience. The hotel management should take this issue seriously. Guests should be able to enjoy their vacation without repeatedly being approached and pressured into purchasing something, especially when there is already an official tour desk available inside the hotel. Hotel: good experience. Official hotel tour desk: no problems. Infinity: based on our experience, avoid them.
