It was great. We had a good time on the July 4 weekend. They had a whole event going on. I love it. We love it. We will definitely come back. Josue and his crew were awesome. Keep this going. Thank you for a great time.

Really good time here
From London, have been to a few all inclusives and this place is really good. Staff are friendly and dont bother you too much, food is good, really good variety. Everywhere is clean, cant complain to be honest. Anyone that has problems here really are just trying to nit pick, actually a very nice place. Big up Alejandro who was really friendly and looks after everyone
Alan the Amazing!!
We had a great time at Sandos Cancun! The staff made our experiences amazing! Alan was our waiter two times in the Italian restaurant, Fratinis. His recommendations were spot on, he remembered our names from our 1st visit to our 2nd visit. He went above and beyond for us by recommending and making us two different flaming tequila coffee drinks to enjoy after our dessert. Alan wanted to make sure our dinners were delicious and memorable.
