35 anniversary
We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and truly cared for. A special thank you to our butler, Samara, who made our celebration even more memorable. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. She went the extra mile to make sure our anniversary felt special, and her thoughtful service exceeded all of our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the restaurants were outstanding, and every staff member we met provided excellent service. Every detail contributed to making our anniversary an unforgettable experience. We are truly grateful to Samara and the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate another special occasion here!

She was always attentive, quick to assist with any request, and genuinely cared about making my experience as enjoyable as possible. The facilities were immaculate, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The level of service exceeded all of my expectations.

The trip was amazing. I had Monse and Daniel as my butlers and they made sure I had everything I needed. They were super professional and kind, I plan to stay here again!
Girls trip a success
My friends and I had a wonderful time! We booked a diamond club room and Rosa and Esteban were wonderful. Both butlers were awesome, but Rosa made it extra special. The food was enjoyable. We enjoyed the snacks in the diamond club lounge. We had breakfast every morning at La Hacienda. The beach waiter Alejandro was amazing.
