Great Experience and Customer Service
Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Breakfast Service!
I recently stayed at Royal Solaris Cancun and had a wonderful trip! The staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly throughout our stay.
The hotel has two pools—one for adults and one for families—with buffet options near both. They also offer special nights for members. As a member, I enjoyed complimentary drinks during my stay.
Breakfast was a highlight for me. I love taking my time in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee, reflecting, and having a good breakfast. A special thank-you to Alfredo and Alberto for their exemplary service at the breakfast buffet. Their attentiveness and kindness made my mornings especially enjoyable.
Also, don’t let the weather forecast discourage you! Our weather app predicted rain every day, but we only experienced rain on one day.
Overall, we had a great experience, and I highly recommend Royal Solaris Cancun. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

Ross was amazing ! He was our butler and was so attentive and accommodating . David Mtz is always amazing along with Claudia in the office. Mayra , the waitress at the pool was so sweet and amazing and Yzrael on the entertainment staff always make sure to come see and make us feel special.
Entertainment Team
The entertainment team was excellent! They always had activities going and made sure they involved everyone. It rained one of our days and they still had activities going on in the main lounge for kids and adults. I may be biased as this is my first trip to Cancun but I have no complaints. The staff all around is amazing and remembers what you like, whether that’s food taste or your drink order. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel with atmosphere and friendly guests and staff!
Experience
We absolutely loved the accommodations they had for us. They definitely met our needs and were very attentive. The view was breathtaking . Also the pool bartenders did an amazing job Juanito and Ricardo exceeded all of our drinks, there were very polite and gave very well representation of the drinks they had to offer. Overall the week we stayed was a great experience definitely recommend!
Avoid this place; it is terrible.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the consistently substandard service I have experienced as a member of over three years, which has included inadequate accommodations and discriminatory treatment. Specifically, the unilateral cancellation of my reservation for a party of ten caused significant operational disruption, and a recent safety incident involving a falling ventilation fixture—which nearly resulted in injury to my guest—has been deeply concerning. Given the repeated failure to uphold professional standards despite my ongoing financial commitment, I can no longer endorse this establishment and strongly advise prospective guests to reconsider their patronage.
