Excellent vacation!
This place is awesome. Clean rooms, good food (we only ate at the buffet and Pepe’s. Entertainment staff is outstanding!!! Very friendly, great at being engaging and asking if you want to participate. This was our second visit in 6 months and we will most definitely be back. Parties at Caribe were fun!

Room was not cool
Everything was great beach view, nice pools, service was great, food was good, besides my room being hot.

Everything from the hotel to the hospitality to the amenities was absolutely perfect. The food too was delicious
Excellent Hotel
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in both myself and my husband stayed here from 25/6/26 to 17/7/26 this hotel was truly amazing, the location was spectacular hotel is situated on the beach and very close to shops in front of hotel, the view from the balcony was amazing, the waiters and management are all very polite they all speak to you with a greeting ola, we were on the ninth floor we met a guy called Antonio he was one of the cleaners very lovely guy and he was an excellent cleaner our room was spotlessly clean, the bar in the lobby were we met David who was so lovely been there twenty years absolutely lovely guy, then we met the Manager Erick lovely and very polite, the restaurant called Miramar was absolutely spotlessly clean tables were set up beautiful you no sooner sat down and the waiters were there with water and they also asked if you would like tea or coffee or wine something to drink there was a waiter called Miguel who did a fantastic service always asking if we needed anything the other waiters also did a fantastic service as well, well done to all the waiters for a great service. I must point out the food in this hotel was out of this world there was so much to choose from different salads pizzas fantastic selection of fruit and yogurts oh and the breakfast which myself and my husband thoroughly enjoyed, thanks to all the chefs for putting such excellent food on we thoroughly enjoyed, also the shows at the hotel was fantastic and very entertaining, Jack who was running Coco Bongo was such a lovely guy we got on really well very polite and always smiling, another little note the girl that was cooking the omelettes Lucero absolutely perfect omelettes we thoroughly enjoyed. To all the staff managers, waiters, cleaners, and the security staff on the door who made our stay memorable Thankyou.

Holiday break
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel apart for my room I was in 206 I couldn't see on the balcony because of the entrance to the corner bar
