Renaissance Cancun Marina Resort is perfect
The Marina district is amazing, despite still being under development. The Renaissance is a beautiful property convenient to everything. Amazing marina views! Julio was our concierge and provided amazing service. We will definitely be coming back.

Mexican hospitality
I am lucky enough to be staying in this hotel for work every now and then, and the staff always makes you feel welcome and tries to accommodate you in any way. The people at reception, at valet parking like Julio, the restaurant waiters like Luis and Rogelio, the people behind the buffet and many others. Very friendly people, great fresh food, always nice to be there.

Great Experience
Julio started off our stay exceptionally, he was extremely welcoming and explained everything to us. He has been more than accommodating through our entire stay. Cannot say enough great things about him. The other staff has been super friendly and helpful. Overall extremely happy with our stay, the food, and the environment.
Only concerns would be potentially mold in the rooms?

Julio was like an old friend who helped with anything I needed and went above and beyond for my family!
