The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, the staff are great. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is phenomenal. Carlos, our concierge, was fantastic. The spa and massage was amazing. It would have been the ideal vacation but this is a family resort and geared towards kids. They advertise an adult-only section but that basically means an adult pool and not much else. The swim-up bar is in the family section and the kids take over the bar area. The activities are pretty much the same way. Casino night (twice) was a kids party. Dinners are horrifically bad if you're sat next to a screaming kid like we were for 3 consecutive nights. The staff/management won't intervene, even when other guests are leaving without being served because of it. Although we're fine with kids, there comes a point when poorly behaved kids becomes intrusive and affects the quality of your own comfort and peace. We won't be booking here again and definitely won't be suggesting this hotel to our friends or family looking for an all-inclusive experience. Melia can keep the kids and chaos. We're looking for peace and relaxation while on vacation.

Amazing experience.
Excellent service , amazing food. Lobster risotto was absolutely outstanding. Samuel took excellent care of us and chef Karen took excellent care of us. Naxhielly was very attentive to our table and very interested in our feedback and comments to the menu. Great experience at Vibra restaurant. Highly recommended

The location and facilities are excellent. The main restaurant could offer more food variety, but overall it’s a great place with a safe, pleasant environment and very polite, helpful staff.

We went to Vibra Restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent! Our waiter, Israel, provided outstanding service, and the new chef, Karine, did an amazing job with the food. I ordered the jerk chicken, and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place! 😊
