7th time and counting!!!
WE love this resort!! This is a special place for myself and my wife, I originally proposed to her there and we have gone back for our 7th time now... Like many we wanted to see what the renovations would be like as its a historic property. They were able to keep all the charm and update many of the rooms and restaurants. Also some big improvements for the kid areas.
We have not brought our kids yet but now would consider it, if you are adults traveling the Reserve is the way to go. It is so worth the upgrade to the pool, drinks and extra restaurants. We have done it every single time and its a no brainer.
The most important thing every time are the people. Seeing the same faces each year makes this place special. Huge shout out to our concierge Galdino who has taken special care of us for many year now. Valeria around the pool in the reserve, Hector in the reserve lounge, Victor at the pool and so many others. The staff is unmatched in my travel and we always try and get back here every year!

The best place to visit it’s been 3 years that we always go on Melia resorts the food is delicious The kidsdom place is amazing for the kids they treat them very well

Blueagave Restaurant
Blueagave Restaurant, Armando is an excellent waitress. Service 5 stars, very attractive, good with food suggestions. The manager Luis was making sure everything was fine and we were satisfied with our wine and food.
Food was delicious!
They celebrated my birthday with cake and they sing , all of them were very special!
