We stayed here for five days, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Every staff member was warm, attentive, and accommodating, but Charlie truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
I treated myself to a massage with Cristina, and it was worth every penny. The spa was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind.
Because it's a smaller resort, the service felt much more personal. They even surprised us with a special birthday treat, which made our trip even more memorable.
The bars and restaurants were fantastic, and I genuinely enjoyed every meal and drink. The pool was refreshing, charming, and never felt overcrowded.
If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with exceptional service, I can't recommend this resort enough. We had an incredible experience and will definitely be back!
Great experience. Staff were helpful and very friendly, food and drinks met the expectations of a 4 star resort for sure. It’s a quieter hotel for those looking for a more laid back all inclusive experience (not the hustle and bustle of your larger all inclusive resorts). The hotel could do with some modernization but certainly worth the money. I would have no hesitation rebooking and relieving our trip. If you’re looking for entertainment (evening events/shows) this isn’t the place. This place is meant for those who wish to vacation at their own pace and relax as they choose. Thank you for the birthday message and treat that I came back to in our room, very unexpected and appreciated the extra effort. Great experience
I’m sorry but this place isn’t that great. It is very old and not well kept. You get a very nice view at check in but that’s it! There are only two very small pools and the food is mediocre at best. I also found someone else’s hair in the shower and on the telephone in my room. In addition, they allow dogs at this resort so you will hear dogs barking throughout your visit. The beach is also filled with seaweed.
Good times. The hotel is not down in the busy bar district, so it’s nice and quiet with plenty of fun things to do. Super friendly staff. Fransisco at the taco bar was very helpful and on point with his service. Room was clean and food was good. The team at the Spa made our trip memorable. Best massage we’ve had in a couple of years.
Great family experience , Francisco a staff member was very friendly and had great customer service… each time he saw us he made sure everything was taken care for us.
