What a Great Time in Cancun
Staying at Ocean Spa Hotel was such a phenomenal experience! Their customer service is incredible. Whatever we needed, the front desk or persons around the compound were ready to assist. The waiters were there at the restaurant making sure you were okay and as comfortable as possible. They brought you whatever you needed whether drinks from the bar, hot cup of coffee, utensils, you name it. Special mention goes out to Rene, Pedro, Angel and Santos who dealt with us daily either at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Honorable mention also goes out to our bartender, Eduardo! Whatever we wanted, he made it and even when we didn’t know what we wanted or made a request for him to make something he thinks we’d like or a crowd favourite, he made it. There were some unique drinks we’ve never heard of before and I’m glad we had the best bartender to make these for us.
There was a number of activities to do daily at the hotel, from water aerobics to salsa dancing to tequila tasting. The kids zone was also buzzing with games for the kids while parents enjoyed themselves in their activities or simply enjoying drinks by the pool bar.
The spa experience was also 10/10. There’s a lot I can say but I’ll just let you experience it for yourself!

We had a great experience at Ocean Spa Hotel, everyone was so kind and attentive. Manuel, Angel, and another employee named either Carlos or Daniel was amazing as well!
