Fantastic experience
Stayed for couple nights at this resort, and the experience was really joyful, but mostly the entertainment staff was so fun. Jair was so welcoming and fun along with the staff , Noelia , Diana , Angel and in general the whole staff , they have a kids club which we saw they were doing also plenty activities for the kids around :), and they have shows at night as well as a singer that sets the party too!
The restaurants were decent but the drinks were splendid , definitely had a good time and recommend it for the price :)
Relaxing, fun, peaceful.
The entertainment team, and the activities have been great during our stay. They have good music and volleyball during the day. A wonderful experience for families. Noelia, Diana, Jair, Angel, and Victor were great.
2026 family trip
Aside from not having a big variety of food selection for breakfast lunch and dinner and getting bored after day 4 of almost same food. Property Location, 3 pools and staff were good.

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were welcomed with genuine enthusiasm and kindness. Check-in was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. We were even surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our vacation even more special.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and consistently stocked with fresh towels, snacks, and everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the Cancun heat.
There was always something fun happening around the resort, with activities and entertainment for guests of all ages. The food exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options that changed every day, so there was always something new to enjoy.
The staff truly made this vacation unforgettable. Every team member treated us like family and was consistently friendly, respectful, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile.
The beach is on the smaller side, but it is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The pool was always lively, with guests enjoying themselves and creating a fun atmosphere. We also loved the evening vendors and the opportunity to book excursions to explore the town and nearby attractions.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!
Overall it was pleasant stay just have to get through check in.
When we arrive it was very unpleasant, not a good impression at all. We were tired from our trip and the front lady was more interesting on getting her points on getting us to be part of a presentation. We had a premium room but the shower was so small the door couldn't close. The side door to look outside did not closed all the way. The only thing about it was the room service. The server Fernando and Eric were excellent. The best part of this visit was seeing Victor and Noelia at the pool. They were alot fun and full of energy. They brought people together to have a wonderful time together. The nightshows we're awesome. The bartenders Omar and Yvonne took care of our needs.
