Situated just fifteen minutes from the city centre of Cancun and a 20-minute drive from the international airport, this family-friendly beachfront resort is the perfect place for a relaxing, sunny holiday with the whole family. Those who enjoy history and culture might venture out to the ruins of El Rey and El Meco, both within 15 kilometres of the hotel, and explore the famous archaeological site at Tulum 135 kilometres away. Alternatively, guests might sunbathe on the white sand beach or lounge by one of two sparkling outdoor pools with a drink from the swim-up bar.
The spacious rooms come with cool tile floors and views over the lagoon or the ocean, and with six onsite restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines from Italian and sushi to local tapas and seafood specialties, the resort truly offers something for everyone, making it the perfect choice for a delightful family holiday in the sun.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Since I can respond to the person who told me to call management for the drug dealers ON PROPERTY, I will say that I did call management and security. People without wristbands selling cocaine is unacceptable, especially in front of children. I called about the people and they kicked out 3 people. 3 hours later I was approached 3 more times by people without wrist bands. There is no security at this resort. If I could share the WhatsApp or Oasis app chat it would show they do not care about the security of the people on property.
The staff does an excellent of costumer! Thanks to Rafael Briceno, Pedro Sinue, Leydi Rosado, Monic Samane, Dany Sequeira, Pedro Joaquin, Miguel Roman, Jorge Vera and Maria Mendoza. They all and many more showed excellent hospitality. This is the best resort I've ever been to. I've been going there over 16yrs and will continue to keep going!
Rafael was great best food I had at the resort definitely will be returning
Wasn’t as expected. Food is not the best.
We were very skeptical because of all the reviews. Our experience was great, for the most part. This wasn’t our first time going to Cancún. We planned this trip last minute and tried to be budget friendly. We had the Sens wristbands which allows you to access all restaurants on the joining property. We did not travel with children and were able to access all the adult only areas including two pools with day beds were you can take a mid day nap. We ate dinner mostly on the Sens side, white box was good. We enjoyed Los Agaves. The breakfast buffet was decent and the service was excellent. We only ate buffet for breakfast as we were able to get into any restaurant we wanted. They make it easy to make reservations as you can make them three days ahead on an app. Hugo was incredibly helpful with any needs we had. We had one issue with a manager at the pizza place that Hugo addressed immediately. I would give this resort a try being able to go between both resorts was a wonderful experience. Also the MJ performance was fun!
