Great experience. New pillows, new shower heads, pool chairs being occupied while the guest isn't at the pool are just a few recommendations for improvement.
The best hotel Cancun

Our stay at NYX Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation truly unforgettable.
The hotel’s location is perfect—right on a beautiful beach with breathtaking turquoise waters and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and many of Cancun’s top attractions. It couldn’t be more convenient.
The food was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The drinks were equally impressive, always well-prepared, refreshing, and served with a smile by the friendly bar staff.
The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Every detail reflects the team’s commitment to providing guests with an exceptional experience.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire NYX Cancun team for making our stay so special. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely return. I highly recommend NYX Cancun to anyone looking for exceptional service, delicious food, fantastic drinks, an unbeatable location, and an unforgettable vacation experience!

Stay here 100%
We stayed here for 10 days while getting dental work done. The place was sparkling clean, every employee was nicer than the next. They REALLY cared that you were happy. Food looked amazing (every night was a different cusine ie: Mexican, Italian,Asian, Barbecue etc). Breakfast was plentiful. Pool was fun. I might suggest putting some chairs instead of loungers near the pool. The guests seems to run from mid twenties to 40s. Of course there were some children and older people. The beach looked nice. But unfortunately it was seaweed season while we were there. We got the master suite, so had a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. I would have no hesitation recommending Nyx Hotel. I should say. As long as you don't have mobility problems. There are a lot of stairs, and steep ramps. Its possible, but probably not ideal.

Amazing hotel and staff
Amazing hotel with wonderful staff, everyone was very welcoming and kind. Food and drinks were both very good and the entertainment staff especially made our trip both fun and very special!

We return to Hotel NYX Cancun every year, and it never disappoints. The location is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the beach is absolutely beautiful—but what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff.
We want to give a special shout-out to Yelena Gonzalez, Oliver, Makeh, Nadia Vega, and the amazing Deyvison. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make every stay memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. Whether it's helping with a request, offering a friendly smile, or remembering our preferences from past visits, they make us feel like family.
A very special thank you to Yelena for making our daughter's birthday so memorable. She thoughtfully arranged for our room to be beautifully decorated as a surprise and even coordinated with the restaurant to have a birthday cake waiting for her. Her attention to every detail and genuine care meant so much to our family and made the celebration truly unforgettable.
