Perfectional service at lobby bar with Dulce Saulo Uriel
We were at Secrets Mirabel from July 23-27, 2026. We had a great time...the people at the lobby bar Dulce, Saulo and Uriel went above and beyond everytime we stopped at the bar...and we made it a habit to stop several times a day...I'd like for them to be acknowledged for their fantastic hospitality, great service, delicious drinks and espectacular conversations!!! WAY TO GO, Y'ALL ROCK!!!

Service was top-notch across-the-board, whether it was at the pool or at one of the sitdown restaurants.
Over all Experience
Very nice hotel. More or less brand new, open for 7 months. Exceptional service. Great staff, good restaurants and dinning options. Beautiful hotel design. Unfortunately dirty pools. It feels like the pools do not get cleaned and checked as frequently as they should, specially for a high end all inclusive. Also, very quiet after 11pm. If you want real entertainment you have to go into town.

Fue una excelente experiencia desde el momento de la llegada asi como toda la estancia, las habitaciones hermosas, con vista al océano, el servicio, ambiente y el trato amable de todo el personal, los alimentos deliciosos una experiencia culinaria. 100% recomendables los restaurantes Himitsu(cocina asiática), Bluewater Grill y el Patio (comida típica de Yucatán). Aparte tiene un centro de consumo las 24hrs. Variedad de actividades y entretenimiento, karaoke, noche disco, etc. Lo recomendamos ampliamente .
It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived, throughout our entire stay. The rooms were beautiful, with ocean views, and the service, ambiance, and friendly staff were all wonderful. The food was delicious—a true culinary experience. I highly recommend the restaurants Himitsu (Asian cuisine), Bluewater Grill, and El Patio (traditional Yucatecan food). There's also a 24-hour food court. A variety of activities and entertainment are available, including karaoke, disco nights, and more. We highly recommend it.
A Great Time In Cancun, Mexico
Secrets Resort is very beautiful and safe. The views are spectacular and the resort is super clean. The only thing missing are premium drinks.
