Wedding Anniversary
The spa at Secrets Mirabel was a 10 out of 10! The experience was absolutely amazing, relaxing, and well worth it. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were beautiful, and the service made the experience even better. It was one of the highlights of our stay and the perfect way to unwind and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend the spa to anyone visiting the resort!
A fabulous two weeks at Secrets Mirabel
What a memorable stay at Secrets Mirabel in October! Loved the hotel layout as all amenities were within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the ambiance in all the resort restaurants and found meals to be among the best experienced at the various (9) Secrets resorts we have visited over the years. Gratitude to Alfonso (Food & Beverage Mgr.) who made a point of stopping to visit us every evening while dining to make sure everything was well managed, and to Daniel Uribe, Trujillo, Esteban, Juan, Jose, and Geronimo for providing a relaxed, friendly, and professional service. Finally, a special shout out to Abraham, Enrique, David, and Andres who worked tirelessly to provide excellent service ensuring our time while relaxing by pool was as though we were royalty being served by efficient old friends. We are already plotting a return to Secrets Mirabel.
Amazing getaway
My husband and I stayed at Secrets Mirabel from October 8–14, 2026, as Impression Black Members, and we had a wonderful vacation! We booked a tropical-view room and were upgraded to an ocean-view room in the Preferred Club building. We were lucky enough to get a corner room on the 14th floor with incredible views of both the ocean and the lagoon. It was absolutely amazing! Our stay also included hydrotherapy, a Bali bed on the beach, and a wine cellar dinner, which were all wonderful additions to our experience. The absolute highlight of this resort is the STAFF! The people truly made our vacation special, and we want to recognize several team members who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. A huge thank-you to Abraham and Martin, our pool concierges at the Preferred Club pool, for taking such great care of us; the entire entertainment team — Ari, Jonathon, Diego, Diego, Eve, and Alexander — for keeping us entertained and bringing so much energy and fun to the resort; Alonso at the Preferred Club lobby bar for his service; and Alberto, our bellman, for helping make our stay seamless. And most importantly, a very special thank-you to Fonzi, our butler! His attentiveness and care helped make our vacation feel extra special. We truly appreciated everything he did for us. We loved the variety of activities available throughout the resort. We enjoyed pool and beach volleyball, the couples massage activity, and all the opportunities to get involved and have fun. We also spent a couple of evenings at Desires enjoying the live music and DJ. We did plenty of dancing and had a blast! The food was consistently good throughout our stay, and Bluewater Steakhouse was a particular favorite. We also loved meeting so many wonderful people during our vacation. One of the best parts of traveling is making new friends, sharing stories, and spending time with people you might never have met otherwise. Those connections made this trip even more memorable. Our only real complaint was that the air conditioning in the Preferred Club lobby didn't seem to be working properly during our stay, making it uncomfortably hot in that area. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience. My husband and I make it a tradition to travel for our anniversaries, and we always appreciate the beautiful destinations, but it's the people who make us want to return. Secrets Mirabel gave us beautiful views, great activities, delicious meals, new friendships, and, most importantly, exceptional staff who made us feel welcome. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so memorable! We look forward to coming back! 🌴❤

All the staff are friendly, and the food is very delicious
We had a meal in Bordeaux.All the dishes were excellent, and I want to come back.All the staff are friendly, and among them, Daniel Uribe is very cheerful and charming.
Beautiful resort with the conscience of a short ride from airport
Location was fantastic! Loved being close to the airport & loved the property being right on the water . The property was nice a clean and offered lots of food options . We will go back !
