Excellent service and hopsitality in the diamond lounge
A wonderful experience here in grand diamond lounge , lovely staff and they are helpful, we stayed for an hour in diamond lounge and Joel and Julio look after us every time . great drinks and joel sense of humour makes us laugh . 😆
Great for kids
We took our 4 and 7 year old here for our first big family trip. The kids loved it! The playroom was her favorite. The staff was so kind and helpful especially Lissette, Annie, and Alejandro.. The kids pride when I said it was time to go back to our home.

Great travel destination
Top notch resort. Easily the greatest value in travel from the US. Location was 10 minutes from airport, rooms were good. Booked our next vacation with them before we even left. The family may have had even more fun than the wife and I.
An amazing experience at The Grand
We have just returned from a truly wonderful family holiday at the Grand. We stayed in one of their lovely villas. The rooms are very comfortable and have a lovey sea view. Our butlers, Israel and Jorge were quite simply the best we have ever had, and that is saying something ! Our concierge, Luis, did a great job with all the arrangements, including dining reservations. The restaurants all had great food and service . We particularly liked Jade and the Catina. Tina, as usual, did a great job helping us with our reservations. W have been staying at the Moon Palace Hotels for many years and we will certainly be returning soon !
