Average stay at Downtown Cancun
Average stay, Hotel looks run down and needs refurbishment, very limited range of buffet, language communiaction for tourists can be improved. Location is near the American plaza mall. Location is good

Rebecca is great. Breakfast good buffet. Good wifi, air conditioning and umbrellas beside the pool. Quiet, safe. No corkscrew at restaurant to open wine bottles???

A good international hotel in Cancun downtown
Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown is located along Av. Tulum (route 307), a major thoroughfare in Cancun downtown. It is not in the downtown core, though there is a 7-11 and a few sit-down eateries within walking distance. You can easily reach other places via Didi/Uber. We got a king room at Wyndham Garden. The room is of decent size, with a king bed, a sofa, a writing desk, a clean bathroom with shower of good water pressure. The room has a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel also has an exercise room in the 1st floor with a treadmill, a stationary bike, a weight lifting machine and a water machine. There is a rooftop balcony that you can walk around that is overseeing the city. The hotel provides daily breakfast buffet (included in our booking), which includes a good international/Mexico selection, such as fried zucchini, eggs, tortilla chips, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cut fruit (honey dews, honey melons, water melons, bananas), coffee, fruit juice. The breakfast is of basic quality. The restaurant also has an evening buffet at 220 pesos per person. Overall, this is a fair quality budget hotel to be used as a base to explore the surrounding area of Cancun.

Bad run down hotel and they will steal your money extra charges..alot people in the past have claim stolen items happens here..
