14th Visit - When are you booking Live Aqua??
We stayed September 19 through September 25, and after this many visits, we really notice the consistency of the people who make the Live Aqua experience what it is.
Flavio and his entire pool team are absolutely exceptional. Eduardo, Lalo, Miguel, Cristobal, and so many others we are probably forgetting to mention consistently go above and beyond. Cristobal took care of our cabana for most of our stay and did an amazing job. The warmth, joy, attentiveness, and genuine care from this team never go unnoticed.
Eladio, our butler, was another standout. You could truly feel the passion he has for taking care of his guests. He was thoughtful, attentive, and made such an impact on our stay.
Jose at the grill is a true grillmaster. The ribs and chicken are always amazing, and even with what has to be one of the hottest jobs at the resort, he is always so happy to be behind that grill.
And Porfi makes the burgers, hot dogs, and nachos that much better. He was gone for much of our stay, and it was definitely noticed. They just aren’t the same without Porfi!
Carlos remains the barista of all baristas. There were several days Carlos was off, and we absolutely noticed the difference. The coffee just isn’t the same without him.
We also want to recognize Susanna and Chef Willhem at MB, as well as Jonathan Chaire, who seems to be everywhere and is always happy to say hello or help with anything, and Christian at Varenna, who always makes you feel at home. The food throughout our stay was delicious, and these teams made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
And if you haven’t tried the coconut and strawberry ice creams yet, you absolutely must. Delicious!
What makes Live Aqua so special is these individuals. Yes, they do their jobs incredibly well, but beyond that, it’s their character, kindness, joy, consistency, and exceptional customer service that stand out. When certain team members have a day off, you actually feel the difference, which says so much about the impact they have on the guest experience.
After 14 visits, we know Live Aqua very well, and these team members are truly some of the resort’s greatest assets. We hope management recognizes just how much they contribute to what keeps guests like us coming back year after year.

Amazing hospitality and staff
Jesus was wonderful. So attentive and kind. He attended to us in many different restaurants always with a great smile and attitude. Everyone at Live Aqua was incredibly hospitable. Truly made the stay amazing.

ONE of the main reasons I chose Live Aqua when I go to Cancun is because of the smoothie person "MARCO".....He is just wonderful!!! Seriously, Fun, kind, sweet, truly caring, ambitious, educated on healthy options he truly is adorable and one of a kind ...everyone loves him! It would be a major loss to lose him. Shirley Z

An All Inclusive Adults Only that prides themselves for hospitality and service and delivers ZERO
STAY AWAY! Absolute failure in every way imaginable! List too long to get into. When I was feeling absolutely distraught about my reservation booking, I was sitting in the Aqua Club deciding on where to go next after only being on the property for three hours, when I caught the eye of another guest. I excused myself for the interruption and asked, “May I ask how your experience has been at the Live Aqua, since you’ve arrived?” The Guest replied…. Horrid!….. bottom of the barrel! I thanked them and bee lined out that establishment.
