Absolutely perfect from start to finish!

Our stay at Le Blanc Cancún was absolutely incredible. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful resort and impeccable cleanliness to the food, service, and attention to detail. What truly makes this place stand out, though, is the people. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.

A very special thank you to our butlers Carlos, Memo, and Camila. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always anticipated what we might want before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication made our experience truly unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

The level of service at Le Blanc is unlike anything we have experienced. Every interaction, from the restaurants to the pool, beach, housekeeping, and everywhere in between, was exceptional. You can truly feel that the staff takes pride in what they do.

We came to relax and enjoy ourselves, but we are leaving with incredible memories and an even greater appreciation for the people who made our stay so special. Le Blanc Cancún exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to come back!

This beautiful resort is nestled right along the Cancun Beach. It is an all-inclusive, adults only resort. We received private transportation to the resort from the airport. Once you arrive at the resort, your pampering starts as you step out of the vehicle. The atmosphere of the resort is sheer luxury. We stayed in a governor suite that was oceanfront. The room was spacious. We had a butler‘s balcony on one side of the room, the other side opened up to the beautiful Cancun beach. You could also see the lagoon as well. This balcony was equipped with table and chairs, and a daybed. The amenities in the room are outstanding. You have a Dyson hairdryer and flat iron. You have Bvlgari bath, amenity dispensers, a liquor dispenser with upgraded brands, and a double Jacuzzi. You also have Butler service. The pampering at this resort just goes on and on. There is a bath salts menu, an aromatherapy menu, a pillow menu and handcrafted soap. There is 24 hour room service as well. They have an app that this can all be ordered and sent to your room or you can let your butler know your wishes. This was our second stay at this resort and it seems each stay just gets better and better. The staff remembered us from our previous stay. At the beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous Cancun Beach, one of the outstanding servers we had was Jeanette. She wanted to ensure that our drinks and our food service was everything that we needed. If you are looking for a spa experience, the aura spa is outstanding. I would highly recommend the 4 hand massage. The dining experiences at this resort has something for everyone. The Blanc breakfast buffet is staffed by outstanding servers to your every need. Nancy, who knew that we loved orange juice at breakfast, had them ready and delivered to our table as soon as we got there. She was also so kind on our last day to give us little keychains that said Cancun as a remembrance of our trip and something that we could hold till we could all meet again. How special! Victor, who remembered us from a previous trip was always so enjoyable to talk to. Saida and Luis were also there with beautiful smiles and service for all of our needs. Limber the restaurant manager always checked on us during our dining experience to ensure that we had everything we needed. He has an amazing team.
Our butlers,Luis and Jorman were absolutely outstanding. They wanted to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible and all of our needs were met. After a special dinner one evening, we came back to our room with our Jacuzzi tub filled, rose petals adorning the room, and a bottle of champagne, chilled, and ready. We also came back another evening to a heart of rose, petals on our table surrounding an infant onesie. You see on a previous conversation, we had told them that we were traveling early because our daughter was expecting our second grandchild. This is how they are so in tune to your every need. A simple mention and they remembered. Another special person at this resort was Ingrid, our diamond concierge. She had our trip arranged before we arrived at the resort with the most perfect agenda of dining and spa-experiences. She also arranged the most perfect diamond dinner in the gazebo outside. It was a beautiful setting of luxury and rose petals adorning our table. We were served by Zeky. He made sure that we had the most perfect surf and turf dinner paired with wine and a beautiful cake for our anniversary. Just to show you how special this resort is, my husband, and I asked one of the employees that was sitting at the desk in the lobby area to take our picture. She was so gracious. She asked for our names and what room number we were in and how our experience was at the resort. We chatted with her for a while and saw her the next evening coming back from dinner again. The next day we got back to our room after a wonderful day at the pool, and she had sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a charcuterie board for us to enjoy. The sweet note stated that she wanted us to enjoy the flowers and have a wonderful stay. She wanted them to add a little beauty and joy to our time at the resort. These were from Reyna in public relations. This is just another example of how this resort goes out of their way to ensure that you have a lovely and memorable stay.
The dining experience at the restaurants is outstanding. You have a great selection of foods to enjoy. Some of those being, Italian, Japanese, French, Mexican, and a Steak house.
The resort is spotlessly clean and maintained to excellent standards.
If you are looking for an adults, only, all inclusive, upscale, relaxing, spa experience this is definitely your resort. It comes with my highest recommendations. I can definitely see why this resort has won so many five star awards. It is absolutely outstanding in every way!
