Location : great Atmosphere: ok Rooms: clean but outdated Cleanliness hotel: ok could be better
Service : waiters at the pool were present but not all the time. The little cafe inside the hotel, the morning lady, she did not like her job, long face and looked bothered when you needed a coffee.
In the restaurants, you had to ask twice to get service, very slow service
Note: no air conditioning out the resort, including restaurants, lobby and the elevator, very uncomfortable
The beach chairs were very old and dirty. The cushions st the pool were stained and dirty.
They have restaurants on site that you need to get up at 7 am to book and by 7:30 they are fully booked. Managed to book one restaurant , gross.
Buffet breakfast, lunch was ok , very very few options , one choice of cheese, one choice of cold cuts, two or three choices of fruit. Pancakes and French toast all week, no bacon only chopped hotdogs
We ate out at night as we’re so fed up of the same food every day.
I would not recommend going there at all. Find another hotel there sre many beautiful hotels in Cancun, STAY AWAY
Very disappointed
Do not believe the 5 stars reviews. This food is located in the perfect location, that’s the only good thing I have to say. The rooms are clean but old. The food is limited and the sane food was serviced all week. We ended up eating out for supper the third day. The restaurants need to be reserved at 7 am and by 7:30 they were booked. Ended up trying one the Italian, it was awful. The service in restaurants is very slow and the pool service not any better. If you have been to Cuba and line their food, this is the perfect place for you. Very disappointed

Ok visit.
The hotel was good. First impressions were good. Food was just ok. Not much selection for adults or kids. We put this down to the renovations being carried out as main restaurant wasn't open and had make shift hot plates etc. If you are tea drinker bring your own bags as they had very limited supply and never got tea on some days. Staff couldn't have been more helpful from the pool bar, specialist restaurants and entertainment crew. Ernest made us all very welcome and kept our kids entertained from morning until bed time. They had very long days. Location was great.
Cheaper option for good standard
The hotel and rooms are very clean and kept to a reasonable standard. The food in the al carte restaurants is very good as are many of the staff. The main buffet is undergoing renovations and offered very limited options sometimes difficult to suit a more European menu. No ice cream or lollies on offer although this is an all inclusive. The Grill restaurant was the only place we could get some if we were lucky and they did not run out and if we were able to get a table booked to it. Had to try make reservations on the day from 7am. Ernesto and the rest of the entertainment team are great. My children think they are all their best friends. Keeping them entertained is very much apprecaited. Overall location is great if looking for nightlife ie coco bongos etc. Swimming pools average nothing for children like slides etc. Beach is lovely but the beach bar was never open during our stay but the staff running back and forwards to the main pool bar.
Great service
Me and my daughter came here for a little 10 day getaway and it was a much needed time away. Super lovely staff here and rooms were spacious and clean. Key part was dining at the Risotto restaurant, where we were served by the amazing and lovely Cesar, he was so attentive and could Not do enough for us with a massive smile on his face which put a big one on ours. He made us want to come back more and more. ams the food was absolutely lovely (forgot to get pictures of our mains) I found the buffet restaurant a bit hit and miss but Chinese was really good aswell.
