Krystal Grand Cancun

Krystal is a great location for the beach and pool. Family oriented resort and my kids had so much fun. Rooms are clean and spacious as well.
The only downfall is not enough selection for food and the only hotel I've been too that food are very limited and repetitive that will make you eat out in the resort. No entertainment at night and the lobby is very dark at night. Very boring and no air condition so if you want to even chill at the lobby or anywhere else but your room will be so hot. Very disappointed and we couldve stayed to other hotel for the same price. Watch out for the sharks vacation club rep as they will attack you as soon as you arrive and make you sign up for the hotels they have , you can book with the same discount at booking.com.

Wish thise resort can be upgraded as for sure people will start booking again.

This is my review: first the lobby has no air conditioning so it is very uncomfortable at night to sit and enjoy a drink. The buffet food is really bad, not a lot of variety. At time of booking it shows you can sit outside for breakfast, lunch, dinner but it’s not true the patio is closed. The beach bar n grill has drinks services but no grill. You have to go to the pool grill. The internet through the resort is poor. The 24 hr cafe had a lack of milk so no coffee 3 times out of 7. They advertised ice cream which they don’t have. The beds are very uncomfortable, the pillow very hard. The only good thing about the place is the beach. The à la carte restaurant, only one is good it’s the Italian and I have to mention our waiter name Allan Lemos was the best. Made our evening very pleasant, went out of his way to serve my husband a homemade remedy for his upset stomach didn’t have to do that. He was a very good waiter I would give him a 5 stars. Made us feel very welcome.
