ROLANDO AGUIRRE,
Beware of ROLANDO AGUIRRE a big /tall mexican guy with beard who is working in the booking of the tours under the time share HE IS A SCAMMER of the tours!!! Our tour was canceled and did not get the money back he promised me to give atleast 4 days to process the refund until he blocked me and I cannot contact him no more!! I thot that booking in the hotel for activities were safe but it was reversed in my end!!! Shame on you!!!! ! Never ever going back to this hotel anymore!!!! It might be his screen name for scamming or probably his real name!!! BIG SHAME FOR THE HOTEL to have this people!!!!

Save yourselves!!!
Please do not book here. Hotel name is listed as Krystal Cancun-ALL INCLUSIVE on 3rd party sites…but it’s not. It’s a separate option that doubles the price. We were shocked when we checked in. The “all inclusive” price is the same as the other real all inclusive resorts in the area which are a million times nicer. This is the 3rd all inclusive I book in Mexico, and I’ve booked several in other countries and NEVER experienced that. All inclusive is always just that, ALL INCLUSIVE! We waited about 30minutes to be checked in because their process takes forever.
Besides that the hotel itself is awful, outdated, dirty, I would compare it to a motel 6 back home (posted some pictures). They have popcorn ceilings and walls (classy** 😭) Pools are tiny in comparison to other all inclusive resorts, no entertainment, the bar is sad looking, the staff couldn’t tell me where the gym is. When we checked the mini bar in our room, there was an open soda can which we reported to The front desk so they didn’t try to charge us for It…they have to do an “investigation” on it. This place is awful. Book Princess or RUI for all inclusives here, trust me!!!

Everything was incredible! We loved the hotel even though it’s a bit old now, but the people working here are amazing. Especially a guy we met who took super good care of us this vacation Jesus from the entertainment team was extremely attentive, high-energy, and had an awesome attitude. Also, the food and drinks are very good; everything has been excellent for us. Thanks for all the attention, we’ll definitely come back!

Disappointed
Customer service was great, where I had an issue was with the room. Honestly I have never stayed somewhere where the rooms had an awful smell, not renovated at all. I will not be coming back here.
