Perfect experience, great service, nice people, outstanding hospitality
Amazing experience!
I visited this restaurant for a proposal dinner, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Moses and his team were the perfect hosts, so attentive and meticulous in their attention to detail. The Casitas was set up perfectly, with a lovely heart drawn in the sand. The experience exceeded my expectations; the food was amazing, and Moses took lovely pictures of us and filmed the proposal. If you go here for dinner, request Moses!
Beautiful hotel but not that kid friendly
Pros : Beautiful luxurious clean hotel. continental breakfast was good
Cons: not very kid friendly. Asked for more bottled water to wash & sterilise the milk bottles, but was told we can only have 1 extra small bottle.
We went to Walmart, We were carrying heavy bottles of water we had bought from the supermarket to the hotel but the doorman refused to help us and said “we cannot help you carry the items as you didn’t purchase it at the hotel”, despite us struggling to carry all the water items and also holding the baby in the other hand!
Other hotels have beeen much more accommodating giving plenty of bottled water to us for our baby whenever needed.
Amazing Long Weekend in Cancun
Stayed at the Kempinski with my family and we had a really good long weekend! The location of the hotel is great, as its right in the hotel zone and is walking distance from many of the popular restaurants along the road. The service from the check in to check out was also outstanding, as the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were also very spacious and clean with great views. The food was outstanding, as the breakfast had countless options to choose from including a taco station! We also took advantage of the club level in which snacks and food were provided throughout the day which was a great. The beach in front of the hotel is also really nice with clean blue waters, albeit sometimes it can get a little wavy. Furthermore, the amenities were great, including the gym as well as the tennis court which I utilized. An overall great experience!
Fantastic resort
I had the most incredible stay at the Kempinski Cancún for my birthday, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me most was the consistency — not even one person was different. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was outstanding in every restaurant, and the service around the pool was wonderful. The 8th-floor service was truly exceptional, with an amazing selection of food and drinks available throughout the day. Every detail of our accommodation was beautifully taken care of. And the spa was absolutely fantastic. I had one of the best massages I have ever experienced. The combination of the hot plunge, cold plunge, and steam room was truly above and beyond. It was the perfect place to relax and feel completely pampered. What made this stay especially meaningful was that I was celebrating my birthday, and the entire team helped make it an unforgettable experience. I highly, highly recommend the Kempinski Cancún. It is rare to find a hotel where the service, food, hospitality, accommodations, and attention to detail are all exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I will absolutely be back next year! ❤️
