Amazing service with our favorite server Osman, as usual, the breakfast and food is excellent!!
Highest Quality
I would guess that this is the best hotel in Cancun. Beautifully decorated everywhere, wonderfully trained staff, great swimming pools, lots of food options too. Special prase for Ruben, the client services manager who like many of the staff, have worked there for over 20 years.

Surprise!
We returned to the place where we spent our honeymoon, for the first time in 24 years. This time it was just a quick day trip from Riviera Maya, where we were staying, and all we ordered was a single drink by the poolside. The hotel’s sign had even changed to a different name. And yet the staff surprised us with such a warm celebration. The sky was just as blue as it was back then, if not bluer, the sea just as turquoise, and the moment every bit as wonderful — if not more!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and professional.
A special thanks to Mr. Godwill, who made my stay even more enjoyable. He was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit.
I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely appreciate Mr. Godwill for providing such outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
