A Wonderful Stay at JW Marriott Cancun
I had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Cancun. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were excellent, and the resort had everything I could want for a memorable beach vacation.
The beach was another highlight. There was very little seaweed during my stay, and the team did a great job keeping the beach clean and enjoyable. What made my beach experience especially memorable was seeing the lifeguards carefully collect baby sea turtles from a hatching—it was such a special moment and something I will always remember.
The resort also offered an impressive variety of dining options. Bravia was a standout for me, with an amazing Spanish meal and a wonderful overall experience. I also really enjoyed the wine tasting offered at the resort. Stephanie did a fantastic job and made the experience fun, informative, and memorable.
The pools were amazing and provided plenty of space to relax. Gerlert at the pool was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my time there.
I also want to give a special mention to Juan, who welcomed me at the door. He took the time to introduce me to the resort and make sure I knew about everything available during my stay. That personal welcome really set the tone for the experience.
Overall, JW Marriott Cancun delivered a wonderful combination of beautiful accommodations, great dining, incredible pools, a beautiful beach, and genuinely welcoming service. The attention from the staff and the little memorable moments—from the wine tasting to watching the baby sea turtles—made this stay truly special. I would definitely return.

Best customer service I have ever had
My husband and I have status and have stayed at many many Marriott’s. This JW brought. The customer service went above and beyond for us. My only request is that they have more Mexican food on site. The pools where great, rooms where great, room service was fast. The adult only area was very classy.

Fantastic resort to relax in and enjoy pool and spa time!
Convenient location at the middle of the hotel zone. Well maintained and clean resort even if scattered signs of age (some elevators being renovated at the time). Beautiful design of long main family friendly swimming pool with an infinity pool view of the sea. Excellent beach/pool food at the poolside restaurant. Service was attentive, professional and consistent throughout all interactions! Gym, Spa facilities (indoor adults only pool & jaccuzzi), the Spa services, were all fantastic and well maintained. Room was spacious and had a fantastic view. Nice mix of restaurants to try, gift shop also had good supplies. Overall a fantastic stay, appreciated that it is NOT all inclusive since we don’t want everything bundled.

A outstanding Marriott property in Cancun Mexico
An amazing hotel experience. Well located in the middle of the hotel zone overlooking the Caribbean Sea, it’s a fabulous Marriott property.
The pool, the bar, the restaurant and common areas area all top class. As a lifetime Titanium Elite member I have travelled to a lot of Marriott properties around the world and I would rate this as one of the better ones. It was off season so occupancy was low which made it all the better for a quiet family vacation in a top location

Best Babymoon Ever!
The JW Marriott Cancún made our babymoon so special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so sweet and thoughtful with us, but what really stood out was how personal they made everything feel.
They took the time to handwrite cards for us and our soon-to-be baby girl, which honestly meant so much to us. A huge thank you to Eliza, Edgar, Lizeth, Lulu, and Julio Ruiz for making us feel so welcomed and cared for.
Lizeth from Bravio especially went above and beyond and even got our baby girl the cutest little gifts. It was such a sweet surprise and something we’ll always remember from this trip.
We are so grateful for all the love, care, and attention everyone showed us during our stay. We had such a beautiful babymoon and truly felt so special. We can’t wait to come back with our baby girl someday! 🩷🩷🩷
