This luxury resort is in a key location, minutes away from Cancun's main attractions and only 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport. This hotel features a convention centre and outdoor areas for events and social activities. The hotel offers elegantly designed rooms most offering a Caribbean Sea view. A few of the room amenities include Wi-Fi, and daily minibar service. Each room is air-conditioned and comes with room service. Your stay in the beautiful Cancun will be a memorable one. The restaurants offer the tastes of traditional Mexican cuisine. Relax and unwind at the spa offering a wide variety of treatments, facials, and scrubs. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or try your hand at snorkelling. On the other hand, you can just soak in the sun and take a dive into our outdoor pool. Children's programs are available for all ages based on age groups with activities designed to stimulate and educate.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Love the iberostar hotels and this one is no exception. From the moment you step out of the ride from the airport you are welcomed back like family. The staff is kind, courteous and eager to make your stay enjoyable. Every area is impeccably clean. My son and I had an amazing view of the ocean and couldn’t have been happier. There was always something great to eat!
Our stay has had many positive aspects, but we experienced an uncomfortable situation that impacted our vacation.
After check-in, we were invited to breakfast the following morning. Upon arriving, we learned that the breakfast also included a membership presentation. We agreed to listen while having breakfast.
During the presentation, we explained several times that we were not interested in purchasing a membership and that we needed to return to our room because our one-year-old child was becoming tired and upset. Despite our repeated attempts to end the presentation, the discussion continued.
Toward the end, after we again indicated that we were unlikely to be interested and needed to leave, a salesperson made a comment referencing our Indian background. Regardless of the intended meaning, the remark made us feel uncomfortable and singled out based on our ethnicity.
As parents traveling with a young child, we would have appreciated more respect for our time and a smoother conclusion once we had clearly declined the offer. We hope management reviews how these presentations are conducted and ensures all guests feel respected and comfortable throughout their stay.
Had an amazing time on my trip here, 10/10 brought my 8 year old son and we were entertained the entire time The camp was also a great added touch he wanted to go everyday! The staff are all nice, and pools were really clean no complaints
This resort was amazing for our stay! Upon arrival we had a mishap with our room that the staff quickly resolved with zero complaints. The food was great, waiters were incredibly kind, as well as the bartenders. Omar (waiter) treated us perfectly at the pool and gave above and beyond service. Gabriel and Jimmy on the entertainment team made us feel loved and appreciated during our stay and took the time to get to know us which made a big impact on us! Would recommend definitely!!
This was the worst vacation experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Do not waste your money coming here just to be treated poorly by the staff. There is a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
In addition, the hotel does not meet basic cleanliness standards. Management needs to properly train its employees to treat guests with respect, kindness, and professionalism. A vacation should be an enjoyable experience, not one where guests feel unwelcome and mistreated.
