Hyatt Ziva - Will not Disappoint!!!
Hyatt Ziva did not disappoint!!! First, we regret that we did not book our vacation for at least a couple of more days!!. The facilities were very clean, the staff was beyond friendly/nice. Everyone, everywhere always greeted us no matter where you were on the facility. Drink service was very prompt and some type of eatery was always within a very short distance of wherever you were on the grounds. We stayed in the 'adults only' Turquiose tower, it was worth the additional expense, especially the rooftop infinity pool. Not enough time to try all of the restaurants, but Seafood night at 'Mercados' (the buffet) was excellent. Tradewinds (steakhouse) served excellent breakfast and it was not crowded or overly busy in the mornings. The steak dinner was excellent as well. Food prep everywhere was done in an excellent manner. We have been to several resorts in the Carribbean and Cancun and this is definitely ranked at the top. Almost forgot to mention the huge selection and areas of swimming pools on the grounds. The waterside cabanas were a nice touch, extra cost, but nice touch.

Fantastic Resort
The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is so helpful and kind.There are plenty of food options. There are many restaurants as well as a variety of food carts including freshly made churros, tacos, BBQ, Italian food, an Asian food truck, etc. The kids especially loved the desserts. Our family had a great time. With all of the food and entertainment I think we got a great value for the money.
It was an arm and a leg and worth every penny.
My Hampton University class of 98' QT3 is turning 50 this year and we wanted to celebrate by taking our families to fellowship together and this exceeded our expectations. Our group of 30 ranged from 3 to 60 and the resort accommodated and catered to our every need. It was an arm and a leg and worth every penny. The kid's club staff Ariana, Danna & Daniela were superstars with the kids and it was my first experience leaving my son at a club on vacation and this eased my mind. They were all wonderful, remembered the kids by name and even sent us a surprise cake the night before we left. Amazing.

The hotel boasts some of the most breathtaking ocean views in the area, complemented by thoughtfully designed services and a team of professional, attentive, and highly efficient staff. It is an exceptional destination for families traveling with children, offering both comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay. The only drawback is that the restaurants do not accept reservations, which can make dining arrangements a little less convenient. A very special thanks to Ms. Charlene Duarte from the Club team, who helped us arrange many activities before our arrival. She was incredibly patient, warm, and welcoming throughout our entire experience. Her professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable.

One hotel, two different beaches. A very long shoreline you can enjoy an unbelievable turquoises water. Staff are amazing. Food is delicious.
