REYES!
I have to give a special shoutout to Reyes at the pool bar! He truly made our day at the pool so much more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and he took such great care of us throughout the entire day.
Reyes has the kind of personality that makes you feel genuinely taken care of rather than simply served. He was always checking in, remembered what we liked, and somehow managed to be attentive even when the bar was busy. His warmth, professionalism, and positive energy really stood out and made our experience feel special.
Service like this is such a huge part of what makes an all-inclusive vacation memorable, and Reyes absolutely went above and beyond. He is a wonderful representation of the resort and deserves to be recognized for the experience he creates for guests. Thank you, Reyes, for making our pool day one of the highlights of our trip!
Excellent couples get away!
Short stay but had a fabulous time! Michelle, Antonio, Parker and Osvaldo made our stay even better with the palomo drinks and family events. Super fun!

Our engagement trip
This was an incredible experience. It was incredible because of the lovely staff, especially one individual who worked in the restaurant named Alex. Diaz. He was professional, caring and so accommodating to our special needs as we were there engagement trip.. He worked tirelessly and endlessly in nine days to make our trip phenomenal. The other staff were also wonderful from the concierge to the restaurant personnel— we are so thankful for this opportunity. We will come back here for years to come. We tried at those resorts many times with this one is that far the best!
21st birthday celebration holiday
We came on holiday to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday, and we had such a wonderful stay. The weather was amazing, with temperatures reaching 34°C, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel is spacious and has spectacular sea views. Being able to wake up and watch the sunrise each morning was truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay.
As vegetarians, we were really impressed with how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs. There were plenty of vegetarian options available, and the staff would always check whether we were happy with the choices or offer to prepare something specially for us. Their care and attention really made us feel welcomed and looked after.
There were also always plenty of sunbeds available, so we never had to worry about finding a place to relax by the pool or enjoy the sunshine.
Overall, we had an amazing holiday and created some wonderful memories celebrating such a special birthday. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Fabulous
Currently waiting for the transfer to the airport and totally gutted to be going home and leaving this outstanding hotel. We spent 10 nights here at the hilton and cannot fault a single thing. From the warm welcoming on arrival, the pool staff, the friendly faces around the hotel all day. Every single one of the staff cannot do enough for you and go out there way to make your holiday outstanding. The restaurants, pool food and the room service was really great too and never stuck for something to eat. Will definitely be back to this hotel in the future. Jonathan is a credit to the hotel and always friendly and very attentive. Thank you for a great holiday :-)
