Our Stay at the Hilton was great. Plenty of things to do with the family without having to leave the hotel. Room service was great. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the servers were amazing, especially Alex Diaz. His hospitality as a server was amazing. We’d definitely visit again. Johnna was also very accommodating to us at the end of our stay. She was wonderful.
Fantastic entertainments team
The entertainments team here are fantastic led amazingly by their captain, Antonio who ensures everyone feels special and everything runs smoothly even when not leading the activities. Gonzalo is a superstar, often leading the aquarobics and other sporting activities. My son was also impressed with his football (soccer to many customers) skills. Christopher is known as the muscle man of the team but despite his impressive physique, his kind personality should also be recognised. AJ makes everything fun for all involved and also led a fantastic aquarobics class which included some kickboxing moves. Jasmine has an infectious smile and big heart to match ensuring that all activities are fun for everyone. David’s energy as well as his knowledge defy how young he looks and all of his classes are fantastic for everyone. The DJs should also not be forgotten with Jesus and Alonso bringing the sounds and personality to all events. Michelle supervises them all to ensure that everything is always of the highest standard. Thank you all for your kindness, knowledge, ability and energy in helping to make our holiday so enjoyable ❤️☺️

Wonderful stay
I had a wonderful time at this resort with my two boys - pre teen and teen. The staff were all so welcoming and amazing. From check in to the coffee shop, helping with transportation and daily housekeeping, everyone was so kind. I had the opportunity to teach at the resort and Valdemar went above and beyond in the fineness center and is so supportive. The fitness center is clean, well stocked and a great place to get a workout in! Michelle was also the friendliest smile to see every day while she organized the activities for guests. The rooms have such great views. Truly a memorable time. I can’t wait to come back!
summer vacation
we stayed here for the second time this year and we had a great time, just like the first time. the pool staff was exceptional, in particular daniel and rita for treating my 4yr old daughter like a princess. Jc and Leon were also great making sure we were comfortable and happy.
