One the best vacations ever!
The room was stunning with a lovely view and pools were lovely. Delicious all inclusive meals and outstanding service. Sarah our butler was lovely and always very helpful. Was actually in June 2026.

False Sleeping Accommodations for the Presidential Suite
Poor Sleeping Accommodations for more than two adults, because there is NO privacy for more than 2 adults.

Excellent Value
Our stay was very affordable while maintaining excellent butler service (shoutout to Jessica!) as well as consistent access to safe drinking water, decent food, and clean and beautiful property and room amenities for our honeymoon.

The food was absolutely horrible. Barley edible. All the employees complained about their jobs and had no interest in making it a positive experience for guests.

Grand Royal Park Cancun Review
The resort was nice. Construction was happening during our visit, which was annoying during the day and blocked access to some areas. We didn't like the buffet food; however, the specialty restaurants were average. It was a great location and very close to the beach. Our room was nice and comfortable. The ocean view was amazing each morning. At this time, I am not certain that we would return. I am curious what the resort will be like once the construction is complete.
