Terrible place it had no entertainment vibe, same food not much variety, very boring. I would not return here.
Disappointed
A/C unit in the room constantly leaked, floor soaked the whole time I was there. I let multiple people know and was ignored. They didn't even offer to exchange rooms or try to fix the problem at all. This is the second time my family vacationing at this hotel, 6 rooms, 13 people in our party. The first time vacating at this resort was a lot better experience!! There will not be a 3rd vacation here. I hope you guys fix your maintenance issues and finish your upgrades soon. Love the location of the hotel.

Worst food terrible resort
Terrible food. Unedible!!!! I would stay far away from this resort.
We went to a fun night show called “fire show”. My son got hit in the leg by the flaming torch after it flew out of the guys hand. The hotel didn’t care. We had an onsite doctor look at it and was a 2nd degree burn. They never even paused the show.
The way the hotel reacted was astonishing. Terrible on all manners. Stay far away!!
We had to leave property to eat good food-
Master suite and private beach (almost!)
First time in this hotel. The room was perfect, except for the sofa bed for my son (thin mattress with visibles springs). Otherwise, everything was very good. The beach, so quiet, the pool for adults only, the restaurants without reservations, we enjoyed the food most of the time.

Excellent hotel!
Great hotel! Service was exceptional. Beach was fantastic as well as the ocean! Food was good but usually the same everyday for the most part.
