Great experience. Although food options are limited but quality of food was great. The rooms were very good and had great sea views. The best part of the stay was the Kidz club. They took such great care of the kids when we planned to enjoy the pool, beach and shopping for ourselves, that is also important. I wish they increase their restaurant options as an all inclusive hotel.

Overall: Highly DO NOT Recommend. Service like a 1 Star hotel. Food like a 2 star. Rooms like a 3 star. Location 4 star. Absolutely horrible experience as a customer.
Starting from arriving in lobby , a small queue but took 40 minutes to get our turn and even after getting a turn another 20-30 minutes. Once u have a key you are then suppose to reserve your restaurants which has subpar food quality which took another 40-50 minutes in line. So all in all took 2 hours just to get started. If you are traveling with kid/s, it's frustrating. your day 1 which is suppose to be unwinding and relaxing goes into standing in a queue. I am surprised how the management isn't seeing this.
The staff doing reservation weren't that helpful either, you have to ask all sort of questions in order to get some good information out of them , not sure why that's the case. Also they will just point you to scan the QR code. "Ofcourse everything is in it and you are sitting there to say that" Nice.
Rooms were decent. The beach and pool are well maintained, and the property overall has a nice vibe, but the service and food really let the experience down. We've stayed at many similar resorts before, and this was by far the worst. The pool bar service was especially disappointing. Staff barely engaged with guests, and the drinks were some of the worst we've had. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared for a tough time communicating. One tip: tipping upfront seems to get you faster, better drinks, the difference was noticeable. Front desk and bar staff were generally rude, though there were some exceptions. A few staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, even without speaking English. As for food, vegetarian options were seriously lacking, and overall quality felt subpar. The desserts and ice cream at Coral Cafe were particularly disappointing. As people who love coffee and pastries, this was hands down the worst we've encountered.
While checking out we were asked to pay 75 USD as our 3 year old had almost lost the wristband. My wife was able to recover from the purse but again ridiculous. And fully avoid working with W2M as ur transportation.
I would advise to look for other options if you are traveling with kid/kids and if you would like to have some good food.
Great visit at the Grand Fiesta!
We loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta! We had a room on the top floor and the view was amazing! We enjoyed all of the restaurants we tried. It was hard to get reservations at first, but we learned to check in on the day we wanted to go and see if there have been any cancellations. We also found you could go to the restaurant that night and check with them. The breakfast buffet line was long, but you can go the seafood restaurant near the beach and they have breakfast there with a nice view. They did a fun setup with dinner for one of the USA World Cup games. Our room was large and stayed cool. The property was well maintained and we loved all the shade. We never had a problem finding chairs at the adult pool. The staff we encountered were all great! We will definitely be back!

Best stay at Fiesta !!!
This is our fourth to me at Fiesta...omg,words can't truly describe it.We have been here couple trip as well as family trip. Every time amazing!!Service,amenities ..food..and one again the french restaurant an absolute full extraordinary experience!!!Thank you so much Jonathan,Miguel,Angel for helping to make our night at Basilic unforgettable !!!!
