Honesty and helpfulness
Upon leaving the hotel, I discovered that I had forgotten passport and wallet in the safe. The staff had kept all intact and returned them to me. This is in keeping with their overall helpfulness. I would certainly go back if I visit Cancun again.

Fantastic place for a short stay
We stayed one night in this hotel before flying home. It is conveniently located for downtown restaurants and a huge Walmart is five minute walk away.
The rooms are big and clean and there is a small pool in the garden. This is a perfect place to stay as long as you understand that this is not a 5* facility. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and we will definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Cancun.

Worth every penny couldn't find any faults
From the moment I arrived I knew I made the right choice friendly staff, spoke good English. I had a suite room with all the conveniences for my stay ie fridge , microwave and safe and all the other usual appliances. My room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Would definitely stay again

Experience
This place, have a very good ubication, is front Cruz Roja and all is very near, was under renovation, the price is good according to the stay, only one guy did not have the expected attitude, the rest of the staff did, one day we run out of hot water.
No alcohol policy
When checking in, they spring on you the fact that there is a $100 US fine if you are caught having any alcoholic beverages in your room. That was mentioned NOWHERE on their website. To their credit, they refunded my money, and I went elsewhere.
