Beautiful hotel and super lovely people!
Beautiful hotel and amazing service and food! The pool and beach are lovely, even saw some baby turtles hatching on the beach. The restaurants here are really good especially the steakhouse restaurant and the Asian restaurant had some really lovely meals. The all inclusive is really all inclusive! The people are super lovely and Gio was amazing with getting us involved in poolside activities and even made us bracelets! We had the most amazing time at this hotel and cannot wait to come back😊

I have a great experience at the Solaris Caribe hotel. It's a humble place, not very attractive, the food is average, and the service is good. But the young Aaron (pool waiter) gave us the best service of the days my partner and I were here; we were fascinated by his service. Many of the drinks were recipes created by him and the bartender Dimas. Aaron told us a little about Cancun and was very kind. I admire young people with that maturity and desire to work. I promise to return.
Waste of money
I have been to many resorts in Cancun and this one by far is not very good. The food is sub par, the bartenders have no clue how to make simple drinks as the same bartender makes the same drink four different ways each time you ask for it, the room was not very clean, did not give me the room I reserved ( was supposed to be a king room and was not), at dinner spent over 45 minutes waiting on a drink after waiting 15 minutes just to put in our order, never got the appetizer ordered, beef was cooked barely with blood running out everywhere when asked for med well, nothing happening at adult pool with exception of some stretching and maybe one game thru the day, shower water was very inconsistent- 1st night no hot water, 2nd and 3rd water was semi adjustable for temperature 4th and 5 th night no cold water and water was scolding hot. Turned on just cold and nothing came out of shower head for at least 5 minutes. After that started taking shower and then all of sudden no cold water again and got scolded with steam and hot water. Would never recommend this resort to anyone. I heard many “members” complaining about the resort and how they were roped into memberships that were worthless. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Don’t waste your money.
Experience Paradise
Excellent resort. Delicious food. Great cocktails. Accommodating staff. We come every year. Family and friends also enjoyed. Butler Ross and the entire staff are available if problems or concerns arrive

Had a wonderful first time at the resort! Butler Ross went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Our room was great; the service all around the resort was great; and I can’t wait to come back!
