Situated on a long stretch of beach ideal for sunbathing and swimming, this comfortable hotel built in traditional Mexican architecture offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon. There are public transportation links only 50 m from the hotel. In the vicinity, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and a bustling nightlife. The airport is 15 km away, Playa del Carmen is 65 km away, whilst the Riviera Maya is 95 km from the hotel. Best trip of 2026
I had a wonderful experience at Fiesta Americana in Mexico! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options, especially at breakfast.
A special mention goes to Elidao, who was amazing! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. His positive attitude and excellent service made breakfast such a great experience. He is the kind of person who makes you feel at home and makes you want to extend your stay just to enjoy the atmosphere a little longer!
Overall, everything was excellent, from the rooms to the food and especially the outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend Fiesta Americana to anyone visiting Mexico, and I would happily stay here again!
Paola Helados
Fiesta Americana has a wonderful ice cream shop, Paola Helados, found in the gift shop. It is very delicious and quick service. She always has a smile on her face.

A home away from home
We went as a family of 10, check in was a breeze, the food was our favorite from the 2 other resorts we've stayed at(grand Park and coral beach) the atmosphere was very kid friendly and the whole staff was there to serve us with a smile. Id like to give a huge thanks to Heraclio, a server at the market buffet who was amazing and talked to us like long time friends/family. To Alex and Sanai for entertainment at the pool side and night events. Keeping all of our group entertained from age group of 4 to 60 yr olds involved and active. The daycare was also very well put together giving my daughter some time to relax from the pool and sun. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!
Amazing vacation, amazing resort.
We had an amazing stay at this resort. No complaints. Everything was above satisfactory. The staff were all amazing but we wanted to give a shout out to Eladio he took care of us from the minute we started our trip. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean. The food was delicious. Whatever this resort is doing they are doing it right. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Amazing. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation amazing.

Loved it!
We had such a great stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa! We were traveling with kids and they had a great time too, so it is very kid-friendly. I have only been to a handful of all-inclusives, but I felt like the food here was the best I've had. The seafood was so fresh and the selection at all the restaurants were great. I think the ceviche was my favorite, and we ate there three times, truly excellent each time. Diego and Rodolfo in particular were so great. We also got a massage and it was so incredible. I don't have the names of the people we worked with but everyone in the spa was really great as well. Additionally, JJ at the bar was so awesome and so sweet to the kids. I really recommend this place for a relaxing and lovely time. Also worth noting, since we were there in a more quiet season, we did not have to make any reservations at restaurants, nor did we ever have any trouble finding chairs at the pool. So if you want peace and quiet, a shoulder season timeframe might be just what you are looking for.
