Johnathan Hernandez made sure our stay was top tier and made our time here amazing! He was always on top of things we needed. Luz also was amazing at keeping our room spotless and tidy! What an amazing staff you have here. Can’t wait to come back!

This is such a perfect Hotel to stay with my family. The views and location are INCREDIBLE. Close to public transportation 24hrs. The food and service is incredible ♥️ Great atención and cleanness from all the staff.
The facilities are AWESOME. Beachfront. The perfect place to stay and Cancun.
AC’s are not working!
I’m here and the AC in restaurants and bars are not working, I’m in the sports bar right now trying to watch the World Cup with a lot of people and the heat/ humidity is unbearable!!! They said they fixed it, but it’s not working , they don’t let us open the doors … Can’t believe the price we’re paying, it’s not cheap, and there’s no AC in the restaurants and bars !!!! Don’t come! On the other side, The staff and food is amazing ! 🤩 These poor people working in these conditions is inhumane! It’s lame that you can’t fix the AC when it’s 95* degrees feeling like 110!
