Will Never Go Back
Just ok. Their beach footprint is super small- very narrow, very cramped, and they close parts of it off daily for weddings, making it even smaller and harder to navigate their small property. Bathrooms in the rooms are super tiny. Will never go back.
Nice beach 🏖️
We’ve stayed at several Dreams hotels, and this one was our least favorite so far. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet our expectations. We chose it for the value and the beach, and the beach was beautiful. The staff were also very helpful and kind.
We are Preferred members through Unlimited Vacation Club and booked a Preferred Club room. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing Preferred Club room we’ve stayed in. Even for a standard room, the bathroom was extremely small and difficult to get into. We did have a nice view, though.
There were four people on our reservation, but every time our room was cleaned, we received only two or three towels. We repeatedly had to call for more, which became very frustrating. There was also no hand soap, and despite requesting it, we never received any. These basic necessities should have been provided without repeated requests.
The restaurants were decent, and we enjoyed everything we ate. However, I wish there had been more lunch options beyond the World Café and Olio, as the choices were limited.
There also wasn’t much nighttime entertainment. Other Dreams hotels we’ve visited have a designated entertainment space, and we missed having that here.
Overall, our family still had a good time, but the room, basic amenities, dining options, and entertainment fell short of what we’ve come to expect from Dreams, especially with a Preferred Club booking.
Save your money
Rundown resort, extremely small, below average food, while it is a family friendly resort there is no dedicated adults only area like in most other resorts. Nothing to do after dark.
Bday vacay
It was a nice stay! I wish the A/C worked better in the room but it was manageable. The food was pretty decent, I mainly ordered room service. The pool/beach area was nice although the loungers were always taken pretty quickly by the pool. Luckily we booked the preferred club room so we had access to that pool also. Overall I’d definitely stay again at this resort.
Needs urgent repairs, upcharge for full beach access
This hotel needs to have repairs multiple restaurants had roof leaks. The bath tub were we stayed had multiple cracks. Also i didn't like that they charge for half section of the beach, you have to pay extra to have access to all the beach it seems like predatory approach imo. During my stay there was a lot of seaweed and the hotel kept making theme nights which resulted in staff removing all beach chairs next to the main pools starting around 2pm which limited the time you could spend on the pools and since the beach was brown and nasty you weren't left with a lot of options. Also the theme night felt like an excuse to sell extra stuff on top of the beach acess. I guess the only thing this hotel has good is the staff. The staff are great and always willing to help.
