Great vacation
Great service, amenities, food and drinks! Loved the lazy river and activities to do with the family. It was very nice and considerate the amazing way they celebrated the 4th of July, even though we were in Mexico.

If you’re staying at Dreams Natura Resort in Cancun, you have to stop by the Sports Bar and ask for Julio! He is hands down the best bartender at the resort. He’s friendly, welcoming, and always remembers what you like to drink. His drinks are consistently amazing, and he keeps the atmosphere fun and energetic. Julio goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Great service like his is what makes a vacation even more memorable. If you’re visiting Dreams Natura, do yourself a favor and come see Julio at the Sports Bar—you won’t be disappointed! A huge shoutout to Russel, the poolside server at Dreams Natura Resort! He provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He always remembered our drink orders, checked on us regularly, and made sure we never had to wait for the next round. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine hospitality made our pool days even more enjoyable. If you’re relaxing by the pool, look for Russel—you’ll be in great hands. Thank you for making our vacation even more memorable!
Beautiful place, great entertainment, good drinks.
Beautiful resort with world class entertainment, however vegan options were extremely limited. Also the seaweed bloom really made the beach an awful experience.
