By far the best restaurant of our stay , Wilberto set the tone for the evening with great professionalism that you would expect from a top restaurant , it made the difference between eating out and dining , bravo Sans Souis..
Complaint
Elevator been broken for 2 weeks. Bugs at the water dispenser and ants in the food. Room wasn’t ready when we checked in. Gym is barely functional. No late or cappuccino, first time I ever see this in a hotel. Customer service is not good either, can barely speak a word English. Not happy with my stay whatsoever

Excellent food. We asked to meet the cook which we find out that his name was Jorge.
Miguel was excellent in describing the menu and the meal that we chose.
Wonderful Vacation
We loved our time at Crown Paradise Club. There were lots of activities/amenities to keep us busy for the week and we made a lot of great memories (waterslides, splash park, games room, basketball, pools, ocean, live theater etc). The staff were friendly, hard working and joyful, from the food service to bar tenders, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk - everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Alexis and Noe who took good care of us during our stay. The kids preferred the buffet for meals, but we did go to Wayne’s Boots for one dinner - service and food were excellent. Highly recommend for a family vacation!
