Lovely Hotel excellent staff extremely friendly
This is a lovely quiet hotel for a middle age couple who appreciated a nice relaxing holiday. Staff were fun, friendly & attentive to our needs.
If you want bouncing entertainment and lots to occupy your time this would not suit.
It’s in a pretty location with lots of restaurants & bars just a taxi ride away.
Not a huge selection of food but all was fresh & usually hot we occasionally struggled to find something which suited but overall no complaints. The snack bar at lunchtime was repetitive but everything was cooked fresh whilst you waited.
Would we go back yes 💯 % it suited us …

Everyone had a wonderful time!
Our family had a wonderful vacation at Cancun Bay Resort. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like royalty. In the dining room, Ivan was our waiter and he went out of his way to make us comfortable was very attentive to our needs. We were a large group of seven, with young kids. The young man, Wilbur, who cared for our room daily, did an amazing job. He was also very kind and our room was so clean. We loved it at this resort

We have so much fun this hotel is our second time here and Is perfect for couples or family experience, we love it , employees are excellent people , Alicia from animation was always having fun she is amazing at what she does, our bar tenders gaspar , Juan , Jose , Marco make our drinks in perfection , and was never an empty glass , perfect mojitos and Cheladas , definitely we will come back again . Thank you Cancun baby for an excellent experience.

I went to Cancun bay and met a worker named Alicia who did Zumba and karaoke and was an amazing social director very attentive and very well spoken and her manors are great. Because of her kindness and care for her job I would definitely recommend Cancun bay to my friends and family.
Fantastic hotel
Staff warm and friendly especially Africa,nicoand the housemaids. Fantastic hotel. Fantastic location, close to the beach bars and shops.clean and spacious rooms.the rooftop terrace was good.being an adult hotel NO SCREAMING KIDS running around. WHOOP WHOOP 🤭. Would definitely recommend.
