Beware hotel is changing owners in October conditions are not as expected Rationed food and amenities Entertainment not as expected Outdoor common area waiting long periods of techno music ( no one dancing) for performance that lasted 20 minutes
PS they continued to ask for us to sit for 90 vacation club presentation then were looking for big $$$ to join!

Avoid This Resort: A Disappointing, Overpriced Experience
July 2026 - We recently stayed at Breathless Soul Cancun, and it was a massive disappointment. What is advertised as a luxury, high-energy getaway felt more like a aggressive timeshare presentation hub where you are constantly nagged to buy into their club.
The service was completely lacking. We called room service on three different nights, and not a single person ever came to our room. Room cleaning was equally reluctant; it felt like a chore just to get basic housekeeping done. We paid extra for the Master Ocean Front Suite xHale Club, and it was an absolute waste of money. There is nothing exclusive or VIP about it. To make matters worse, everything at this resort is an upcharge, yet they cannot even manage the basics.
The bars frequently lacked the standard ingredients required to make traditional beverages, and the pool bar staff were visibly irritated by patrons just trying to order a drink.
The food across the property is mediocre at best, lacking any real flavor or quality. Save your money and book somewhere else that actually values its guests and delivers on its promises.
Fitbodies Instructor Review
I visited this resort as a traveling group fitness instructor, and brought my daughter with me. We had a great week! The dinners were wonderful! Ricardo at Spumante was an exceptional server. The beach was beautiful, and the water was perfect! The stars of the show, though, were the members of the E-Team. Alex, Emir, Pablo, Ferran, Faskano, Nabye, & Ximena (Ferran told me all of the name spellings, so if they are not correct.....) are all so sweet, funny, and kind. They made our week enjoyable! Do the activities, they make them fun!!!
Hot GARBAGE
Gawd Gotdamn Awful. What a waste. Here right now…..drinks are extremely watered down and all the bars closed at 11pm- even if you have vip status. Food options 👎🏾. Tilapia as your only dish option 👎🏾Entertainment horrible. No food options. It’s 11pm and nothing to do. All these grown people are going TO BED AT 11pm. NOTHING TO DRINK. NOTJING TO DO AT in an ADULT ONLY RESORT. I am so angry that tomorrow I am requesting a refund and going to another resort. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I came to relax and enjoy my time away from the stresses of life and I’m staying at a red roof inn👎🏾 You work too hard for substandard accommodations
Amazing Solo trip
I traveled alone here and it was one of the best times of my life. I honestly would travel here again in a heart beat. Great staff, wonderful views, and delicious food! 10/10
