Amazing Staff at Beach Palace
What made our trip amazing was the staff at Beach Palace. Carlos at Tequila made us feel like family. Carlos found out we enjoy spicy food and went out his way to purchase some salsa for us to bring back home. He brought us homemade chili oil made by his wife for us to enjoy during our stay. Paschial, Daniel, Chef Ricardo at Momo and Angel at Smokehouse were all great as well. Chef Ricardo brought out a special dish not on the menu for us to enjoy. What a great gesture. Pool staff and room service was great as well.

Had a great experience in the Italian restaurant Tavola due to a very lovely kind lady Myrna. She always looked after my son and had special items made for him just as he requested.

Loved the time at Beach Palace
It was our first time in Cancun and we had an amazing stay at this resort.
Trip with two preteen boys - loved it!!
I had such an amazing time with my two boys over fall break. The hotel is newly reopened and so some features are not up and running. But Adriana gave my two kids the best haircuts ever, and I had an amazing massage with Allison. We loved MOMO, going there twice in 3 days. Isaac was our waiter the second night and was so great, joking with kids and making sure we left full and happy. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Great experience
At my time of visit Oct 9 -13) , the property was still wrapping up renovations, but our room on the 9th floor (Laguna view) was excellent. It was clean, comfortable & well stocked (thanks Adolfo). The room offered a great (lounging) view of the Nichupté Lagoon as well as a nice (standing) view of the beautiful beach/ Caribbean sea due to the long wrap- around balcony. If you want vice versa, get an ocean view room (if available ). The hotel resort has a decent spa, fitness room arcade/gaming area and is walking distance to the La Isla shopping mall/aquarium/ ferris wheel. The food options were limited due to renovation. Although we dined at the Asian restaurant(Momo) and Italian ( Travolo) the standout to me was buffet options at Almare. (The Brazilian steakhouse Carvão wasn't open yet). The rooftop Lounge had great snacks/drinks and poolside views but closed early (renovations) would love it if they had the space for their Indian restaurant Agra ( the Murgh Tikka =OMG) but I digress. What truly sets this resort apart is the caring & attentive staff— Standouts being Gabriela (Almare): Thank you for your welcoming spirit ,attention to detail and perfect omelets. Isaac (Momo): Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable experience.(Sorry no photo) Manuel and Wilbert (Lifeguards): Thank you for the attention and quick response shown when I was in such a frightening and vulnerable situation. I know now how quickly the sea can change with currents and I cannot put into words how grateful I am for you both.
In closing, I would recommend staying here upon completion of renovation ( November 2026?) and I intend to return with my family in the near future.
