Fantastic All Inclusive
Atelier has been a dream for my wife and I’s honeymoon! We’ve been treated incredibly, the room cleaning and service is spectacular, and the all around atmosphere has been welcoming and kind. Our favorite spot so far has been the “active” pool near the beach. Ernesto with the aquarobics class, Damaris and Julio with the drinks and poolside service, and Carlos at Mercado 19 have made this an unforgettable experience! All in all awesome place!!
Always a good choice
We always enjoy our time at this property. This was out 11th visit; we are very lucky to work in the travel industry and do choose this property often. This was a fully paid for stay, so opinions aren't swayed for agent incentives. I will note the staff here is a highlight, except the check-in process always is their weak spot in my opinion. As many times as I visit as a regular guest, there is zero loyalty or welcome back to repeat guests. They only had two desks open this time and I waited quite a long time to check in. The day we came in I noticed that many of the restaurants were not open during our first three nights. This was disappointing but did later realize that it was their Independence Day and there was a very large conference in house, so they had some closed. Not ideal for guests, but we still got into the a la carte options. Biggest disappointment was the El Suspiro closed for Breakfast, this is always a favorite for us in the mornings. We are just not buffet fans. Shout out to Nef (future butler) for taking great care of us at the buffet in the mornings on the quiet side. Everything was up to the normal Atelier standard, we love the quiet pool, saw some familiar faces around the resort and enjoyed the Charcutier each night in the lobby with Moises. It was a very chill trip for us, but if you want activities and entertainment, they are around. The Casino night in the main lobby was quite lively during a stormy night, caught a little of the rock show in the theatre, and enjoyed several live music events set up around the resort. The live Mariachi for their Independence celebration was a highlight, and Max at the Mercado party made a mean Marg!! Never question this choice for you next getaway. Cheers Atelier - till next time.

Spectacular experience
We went to Atelier on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The food and the service was all fantastic. Special shout out to Julio at the main pool, Lizbeth our concierge, Gladys, Alejandra, and Slevester at the spa and Carlos at the restaurants. As our time staying here is coming to an end we are already planning our next trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12th Anniversary at Atelier — Already Planning Our Return!
We came to Atelier Playa Mujeres at the end of September to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say this resort exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived.
As soon as we walked through the doors, we were greeted with smiles, warm welcomes, and genuinely friendly faces. We headed to the Inspira Concierge to wait for check-in, and even that was an experience—we were offered delicious snacks and drinks while we waited. It was the perfect start to our anniversary trip!
The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We were impressed with the variety and quality throughout the entire resort.
But what truly sets Atelier apart is the people.
A HUGE shoutout to our butlers, Rodolpho and Yareni! They were incredible. They took care of every request we had and patiently answered our million questions about the resort. 😂 Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always quick, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel completely taken care of.
Lazaro at the Inspira Pool Bar deserves a special shoutout too! He was absolutely the best. His service and personality made our pool days even more enjoyable.
And Max at the Mixology Bar… WOW! He made, hands down, some of the best drinks we have EVER had anywhere. You can genuinely see the love and passion he has for his craft. Watching him create the drinks was an experience in itself!
We also have to recognize Rosalino and Daniel at the Lobby Bar. Their Cucumber Tequila Royale quickly became our favorite drink of the trip. They greeted us by name every day, and their friendly service made the Lobby Bar our go-to spot.
We take an anniversary trip every year, and we've always said we never visit the same resort twice. Well… Atelier completely changed that rule. 😂❤️
When we checked in, we told everyone that we never visit the same resort twice—and by the time we left, we were already talking about coming back next year!
The beautiful resort, incredible food, amazing drinks, and—most importantly—the people made our 12th anniversary incredibly special.
