I have had amazing experiences with this hotel!Mario is the best customer service representative I have ever had the privilege to deal with.I am a flight attendant & have been for 30 years.I have traveled all over the world and stayed at all kinds of hotels.This one is the best due to amazing customer service!The pool is beautiful,The location perfect.Right across the street from the ferry to isla maharas.I love this hotel!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Aloft in Cancun. The staff here is truly outstanding and unlike any other resort we’ve stayed at. You cannot enter or exit the room without the kindest smiles, greetings and check-in’s on your stay. We will miss the whole team dearly. Eddie in the lobby and Alexis in the bar area were especially memorable for us and will hold a dear place in our hearts until we return again!!
