The Best Staff
Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds but our room was close to the elevator and was a little noisy as this seems to be a choice of hotel for younger people. Everyone was very friendly, it was very clean and close to everything. Mario in particular was super helpful and helped us out when we were in need of an English translator
Beautiful Hotel
The hotel was nice, quiet and clean! We met the nicest guy that just happened to work at the hotel. Mario was GREAT! Helped us with everything we needed. He was kind and polite. Went over and beyond to help us.. Thank you Mario!!!
Fernando and Eduardo are awesome!!
Fernando and Eduardo killed it!! Two great bartenders. I watched them serve over 100 people in 45 min. Big conversation showed up and they did awesome!! Impresionante!! My favorite bar in all of Cancun because of these two!!
Fantastic customer service!
Loved our stay at Aloft Cancun. Especially Mario who worked the front desk. He was very helpful in locating transportation from the airport for my son who arrived later than I. Mario had experience with previous dental tourists like me, got me a cooler of ice and a slushy from the bar. Every time he saw me he asked how my treatment was going. I felt he really cared. When Josh came down with a cold Mario told me about a nearby doctor just in case. Mario went above and beyond in every way!
Plus the room had a great view, and the rooftop pool was a nice place to hang out. Good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Aloft Cancun.
Mario at the front desk was a lifesaver
I came back to the lobby around 3 PM in the sweltering heat feeling pretty sore after a long dental appointment. Mario at the front desk recognized right away that I was hurting and had a small cooler of ice brought over within five minutes. He even walked over to the bar and got me a cold slushy to help soothe my jaw, asking how the treatment had gone every time I passed by later that evening. That level of attention really made my whole recovery so much easier. The rooftop pool was an extremely perfect spot to relax later on with a great view over the area, and there were good places to eat right down the street. Definitly planning to stay here again next time I am in Cancun.
